Forearms by Yamashita, chops, off the ropes and a boot by Stryker, Yamashita counters a Fisherman Suplex but Stryker gets an Exploder Suplex. Chops by Stryker, an elbow drop, Yamashita counters a suplex, counter again and Stryker gets a Electric Chair Driver and covers for 2. Clubbing shots by Stryker, off the ropes and a Regal-Plex by Stryker gets 2. Forearms by Stryker, off the ropes and MISSES a Headhunter Kick (Busaiku Knee Kick), and he bounces off of the ropes and is down. Yamashita battles to his feet, forearms to Stryker. Rights now, off the ropes and a backdrop on Stryker. To the corner, Yamashita to the 2nd rope and gets a shoulder block. Stryker catches a clothesline try, counters and a release German by Yamashita. Corner charge by Yamashita connects. Stryker rakes the eyes, but Yamashita picks him up and clotheslines him down. Yamashita knocks Sylar Drake off the ring apron as Stryker’s associate tries to interfere. A powerslam by Yamashita but Lucius Togo puts the foot of Stryker on the ropes. Yamashita argues, but Stryker kills him with a Kirā Klutch (Pentagram Choke) for the win.

A solid start for Stryker, taking down the big Japanese star. And you can see that his alignment with Lucius Togo is already paying dividends. It’ll be interesting to see where Stryker goes from here, especially with Togo and Sylar Drake in his corner.
