The scene opens on the Manchester Evening News Arena, and a deep voice is heard.

Some people reach great heights…

Footage is shown of Angel unifying the AoWF World and Unified Titles at NoA 4.

While others are held back.

And now footage of the IoD, talking with Kendall.

Some people deserve what comes to them…

The footage turns to Nemesis helping Northern Soul, and then winning his match.

While others do not.

Finally we see Lex Demise being handed the BWA Title, Angel failing to show for their match.

Tonight is their chance to put things right, to prove their worth and to make a name for themselves. And now, Live from the MEN Arena in Manchester. The British Wrestling Alliance presents….

The scene switches to inside the arena, where 25,000 people are awaiting the start of the latest pay-per-view spectacular from the BWA. The cameras pan around to the announce position, and the usual commentary team of Scott Mayo and Dan “The Man” Stevens.

SM: Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to BWA November Reign. Coming to you live from the MEN Arena, Manchester. I’m Scott Mayo, and with me as always is Dan “The Man” Stevens!

DS: And what a truly spectacular show we have for you tonight! Lex Demise and Angel go at it for the BWA Title, we’ll crown a new Internet Champion, we see the return of the Escape from Hell match and the European and Tag-Team Titles will be defended!

SM: Well, lets get right into it. Over to Jenny Starr…

JS: The first match this evening is for the BWA Tag-Team Championship.

“Ming’s Theme” by Queen plays, and from a puff of smoke out comes Mick the Merciless and Faceless the Minion.

JS: Making their way to the ring, from their Ultra Super Secret Lair, the current BWA Tag-Team Champions. They weigh in at a combined 462 lbs, they are Mick the Merciless and Faceless the Minion…. THE VILLAINOUS FIENDS!!

Mick rears back and laughs maniacally, before making his way down to the ringside area, clad in a purple cape that covers his entire body. He climbs in the ring, as Faceless shrugs off to the corner. Mick raises his arms in victory, one hand his title, the other holding his spatula of death.

DS: I’m expecting a lot from this match, Mayo. The Fiends are a great team. I’m expecting them to dominate here, there’s just not enough competition in the BWA Tag-Team division!

“Lee” by Tenacious D hits the PA and both Scott Lee and Michael Hardcastle, accompanied by Jessica Parker, appear on the ramp as gold pyro shoots into the air.

JS: And their opponents, from Hollywood California and weighing in at a combined 473 lbs… Michael Hardcastle and Scott Lee… THE HOLLYWOODS!!

Lee and Hardcastle strike poses for the crowd before confidently strolling to the ring and awaiting the start of the match.

SM: So, both teams are ready. Let’s get this show on the road!

It’s Scott Lee to start against Faceless the Minion as referee Ash Lewis starts the match. Lee begins to stare at Faceless, trying to psych him out a little with the determined look in his eyes. Faceless seems intimidated for a second until he rushes at Scott and takes him down with a shoulder barge. Lee bounces right back up and continues to stare at Faceless. Faceless starts to punch Lee, who takes each blow and still keeps staring at the Minion. Faceless is now looking worried and a wry grin spreads across Lee’s face. Faceless again goes to punch Lee, but Lee blocks and gets in a shot of his own. Faceless swings again and Lee again blocks and gets in his own blow to the head, rocking Faceless. Lee then whips Faceless into the ropes, hoists him up onto his shoulders and nails a Death Valley Driver. Cover,

Shoulder up from Faceless! Faceless is stunned and Lee a little upset at not getting the three count.

SM: Lee looking for an early win here.

DS: Nice tactics from the Hollywood man, trying to psyche out his opponent.

Both men get back to their feet and Faceless grabs Lee, going for a suplex. Lee spins around in mid air and drops down behind Faceless. He grabs the Minion and executes a reverse DDT! He again makes a cover,

Kick-out from Faceless! Faceless slowly gets back to his feet as Lee gets the crowd going. Scott Lee watches Faceless get to his feet before charging at him. Lee goes for a spear but Faceless steps out of the way and Lee crashes into the turnbuckle, shoulder first. Faceless pulls Lee out of the corner and applies an arm lock. Faceless then takes Lee down with an arm drag and follows up with an armbar. Lee tries to hold off the pain and tries to reach Mike Hardcastle for the tag with his free arm. Faceless eventually releases the hold as Lee gets to the ropes for a rope break. Faceless pulls Lee up by the same arm and then nails a short powerbomb. Faceless quickly moves to apply the Sharpshooter, right in the middle of the ring. Lee refuses to tap out, although he is hurting badly. After a couple of minutes Faceless releases the hold, Lee managing not to tap out. He is, however, very worn down by the move and Faceless realises this. Faceless pulls Lee to his feet and whips him into the corner, following through with a shoulder barge. Faceless places Lee on the turnbuckle before tagging out to Mick the Merciless.

SM: Nice work here from Faceless, wearing Lee down with some nice technical moves and submission holds.

DS: He’s showing that he can wrestle good, Mayo.

Mick comes in and Superplexes Lee off the top, Facelss following through with a springboard moonsault from the middle rope. Faceless leaves the ring as Mick pulls Lee back to his feet and whips him into the ropes. Lee reverses the whip and uses his last bit of energy to tag out to Mike Hardcastle. Hardcastle charges for Mick and connects with a clothesline. Mick pops right back up and Hardcastle connects with a second clothesline. He goes for a third but Mick ducks it, grabs Mike and nails a Reverse DDT. Mick then waits for Hardcastle to get to his feet before connecting with a flying clothesline. Mick heads for the top rope and lands a perfect top rope leg drop! He doesn’t make a cover, instead he locks on an ankle lock submission move. Hardcastle struggles to reach the ropes but can’t, Mick realises that Hardcastle isn’t going to tap out easily and so releases the hold. Hardcastle slowly gets back to his feet and backs away from Mick. Hardcastle regains his breath before locking up with Mick the Merciless one more time. He looks for a Snap Suplex but Mick blocks it, executing a Brainbuster Suplex of his own. Mick goes to crouch over Mike but Hardcastle gets a boot up into the groin of Mick, sending him crashing to the mat. Hardcastle follows up with a series of kicks to the gut and chest region of Mick, Mick unable to get out of the way. Eventually Hardcastle pauses his attack and Mick is able to slip out of the ring for a breather. Mike Hardcastle taunts the crowd as Mick gets up onto the ring apron and then connects with a Springboard Bulldog! Mick pulls Hardcastle back up to his feet and throws him into the turnbuckle before nailing a Tornado DDT! He heads to the top rope and waits for Hardcastle to get back to his feet before pulling off a Flying Clothesline! Mick again does not go for the pin, this time preferring the Sharpshooter. Hardcastle again attempts to reach the ropes, and Mick does not let the hold go this time. Hardcastle eventually manages to get a hand up onto the ropes and force the break. Mick signals to the crowd as he pulls The Hollywood man back to his feet…. DROPKICK OF DOOM!!

SM: THAT’S HIS MOVE!!

DS: THIS ONE COULD BE OVER!

Faceless gets into the ring and helps Mick double team Hardcastle. Mick lifts Hardcastle onto his shoulders as Faceless climbs out onto the ring apron and takes Mick down with a Springboard Blockbuster!

SM: NICE MOVE!!

DS: AND THEY AINT DONE YET….

SM: CLICHÉ BOMB!!

DS: THIS IS GREAT FUN TO WATCH BUT PIN THE BASTARD ALREADY!

Mick and Faceless look at each other and then the fallen Hardcastle on the mat. Faceless takes a step back and lets his boss make the pin,

3!!

JS: Your winners, and still BWA Tag-Team Champions… THE VILLAINOUS FIENDS!!

DS: YEAH! The Fiends rule, Mayo. Can anybody stop them?

SM: We shall have to wait and see, Dan.

The scene switches to the back, where we see the IoD sat watching a monitor. Shane Pinex turns to address Vindicator and Nemesis.

SP: We win our match tonight, an those boys are on da list! We can be the team to finally stop the Fiends!

Vinnie and Nemesis smile and nod as the cameras switch back to ringside.

SM: Well there you go, Dan. Looks like the IoD have their sights set on the Tag-Team Titles. And if Vinnie and Shane win their match later on, they’re allowed back in the title scene!

“One Step Closer” by Linkin Park starts playing as man wearing a black cloak walks down to the ring. As he enters black smoke fills the arena.

JS: The following match is an Escape From Hell match, with the winner gaining a shot at the European Title this coming Monday on UpRising. Coming to the ring from Hong Kong, weighing in at 289 lbs and standing at 6’5″, is the master of the IceBreaker. He is DON MEGA!!

SM: Our next match is the Escape From Hell match, as Jenny pointed out. For those unfamiliar with the rules, the winner is the man who knocks their opponent from the top of the cage and through a table in the ring!

The feedbacking chords to ‘Grasshopper’ by Ride kick in, and Northern Soul slowly emerges, taking each step slowly as he approaches the cell.

JS: And his opponent, hailing from Cumbria…

The crowd cheer their local hero.

JS: He stands at 6’5″ and weighs 220 lbs. He is the master of the Teardrop Explodes… NORTHERN SOUL!!

On reaching the door, he takes a deep breath before entering and sitting cross legged waiting for Don Mega.

DS: This ought to be a great match, Mayo. I haven’t witnessed one of these matches before.

SM: It’s a match introduced into the EWF by Neil McDougal, and he moved it into the old BWA too. It’s a match not to miss, that much I can tell you!

DS: And with what these two have been doing to each other over the past few weeks… they’ll be itching to finally get their hands on each other!

Don Mega and Northern Soul are in the ring as the cage is locked by referee Matt Slater. The bell isn’t even sounded before these two men start assaulting each other. They throw each other around and soon Mega is cut open above one eye. He soon exacts revenge as he cuts Northern open by throwing him into the cage wall.

DS: Ooh, blood! Both men cut open early on.

Soul and Don continue to just slug it out inside the cage, smashing each other into the cage, the ring-posts and the steel steps. Both men are worn down quickly, and struggling to continue. Don Mega pulls one of the weapons off the cage wall, choosing a chair. Northern is only just back to his feet after being slammed into the cage wall, and he gets taken down with a massive chair shot to the head. Northern, his face now covered in blood, is down and out. Mega sets up a ladder inside the ring before hoisting Soul’s body over his shoulder and climbing. He pushes Northern up onto the scaffolding, atop the cage, and then climbs back down to set up the table. He climbs the ladder again, taking a chair with him.

SM: Here we go, Dan, we could have a winner in a moment. Don Mega seems to have knocked Northern Soul out cold!

DS: And he’s setting things up for a big finish.

The two men stand on the scaffold at the top of the cage, Don Mega having pulled Northern back to his feet. Both men are bloody and battered. Mega begins working on Northern, weakening him even further. He signals to the crowd for the IceBreaker, his finishing move. Northern manages to escape somehow, and soon Mega is met with a savate kick to the throat from Northern, who has made a slight recovery. Mega goes down to one knee. Northern grabs the chair and lays 4 chair shots to Mega’s skull. Mega is trying to remain on his knee and not fall backwards off the cage but The 5th shot sends Mega through the opening and down through the table.

DS: THAT’S IT!!! OH MY GOD!! IS MEGA DEAD?

JS: Ladies and gentlemen, your winner…. NORTHERN SOUL!!

SM: And Northern Soul comes out of a bloody match with a big win, and the chance to face The Fallen Angel at UpRising on Monday, a shot at the European Title!

The cameras switch to Dean Kendall’s office, where he is sat with Tim Worthington and Hannah Kendall.

DK: Okay, so what are we gonna do about the Hardcore Title?

HK: I’m not sure, I mean we have plenty of titles as it is. We have no need to bring back an old title.

TW: And what about the European Title? Dante keeps going on about it… like we don’t need it.

HK: I’m not so sure about that either. The European Title is a prestigious title, so many big names have held that belt.

DK: True. Mayhem, Firestarter, Maile, Atomikana… even Vindicator.

TW: Actually….

HK: What?

TW: I have an idea.

Tim smiles as the cameras switch back to the arena.

SM: Sounds like our commissioner… and our previous commissioner… are trying to work out the title situation here in the BWA.

DS: And did Worthington say he actually had an idea?

All the lights go out as “Hell Above Water” by Curve kicks in over the PA. A series of white lights go on along the ramp that leads to the ring. Each light is in the shape of a cylinder, pointing to ceiling. They are all parallel to one another, and perpendicular to the ground.

JS: The next match is for the BWA European Title. Making her way to the ring at this time, from parts unknown, is our challenger. She stands at 5’8″ and weighs 180 lbs. She is HERA!!

Hera doesn’t care much for fan reaction, positive, negative or inexistent. She just walks to the ring and waits for the start of her match.

SM: Hera makes her way into the ring, to fight for the European Title!

DS: She’s made a good start to her BWA career too… wins over Viktor Kaine and Shane Best. But now she’s got a big test in Dante.

Lights in the arena cut off. A few sparks flicker from the entrance way as “Something Wicked This Way Comes!” scrolls across the Big Screen. Then, a huge fireball blasts up from the ramp igniting the stage into a fiery inferno. “Before I Die ” by “Mushroomhead ” starts blaring over the PA system. Out from the flames walks Dante.

JS: And her opponent, the current BWA European Champion. He comes to the ring from Death Valley, USA. He weighs in at 226 lbs and stands 5′ 11″. He is the master of the Purgatory…. THE FALLEN ANGEL…. DANTE!!

The crowd erupts into a chores of boos as Dante stalks down to ring-side as a single light follows him. Once he slides into the ring, the flames die, the music goes quiet and the flames flicker away.

SM: And another match is about ready to start here, Dan.

DS: And what a great match is promises to be!

The referee calls for the bell and both competitors rush for each other right away. They stand toe-to-toe and just nail each other with huge punches and swift kicks. Neither Dante or Hera moves at all until Hera nails a swift kick to the groin and clotheslines Dante to the mat. Dante gets back to his feet and whips Hera into the ropes before connecting with a shoulder barge. Hera is staggering and Dante runs in with another shoulder in an attempt to take Hera off her feet. Hera still stays up and Dante rushes in again, only for Hera to take The Fallen Angel down with a huge Spinebuster!

SM: Nice start from Hera. She may be smaller, but she stood up well to Dante there!

DS: Yeah, nice opening.

Hera goes to pick Dante up but The Champion trips the woman and sends her crashing through the ropes to the arena floor. Dante slides out after Hera and grabs her from behind, taking her down with a big elbow to the back, and then a kick to the lower back. Hera pushes Dante back into the guardrail and then whips him into the steel steps. The Fallen Angel holds his back in pain as Hera looks under the ring and pulls out a cricket bat, wrapped in barbed wire!

SM: MY GOD!!

DS: That’s the weapon we saw Dante with earlier this week…. Hera’s got to it first!

SM: And what is referee Mark Dagger doing? He’s letting her keep hold of that thing!

Hera grabs Dante’s head and rams it into the steps again before working over the back of the European Champion with the cricket bat. The Fallen Angel’s back is seriously scratched now, and blood pours from his wounds. Hera then begins to pull Dante up the aisle. About halfway up Dante begins to break free and Hera quickly grabs him again and drops him onto the concrete floor with a snap suplex. Hera pulls Dante up and continues to pull him up the aisle to the entrance ramp under the X-Tron. Hera goes to whip Dante into the set but The Champ reverses it and the woman is the one who hits the scaffold hard. The whole X-Tron shakes as Hera drops to his knees, holding her neck in pain.

SM: Nice reversal from Dante, but this match is getting quite hardcore!

DS: The whole damn X-Tron almost fell over, this is great to watch, these two trying to destroy each other!

Dante grabs Hera and the two disappear behind the entrance curtain. The camera catches up with them as Dante slams Hera onto a table, production notes flying everywhere and crew scattering amidst the madness. Dante makes a cover, and referee Mark Dagger eventually decides to go with it and count,

1…

2…

Kick-out from Hera.

SM: First nearfall of the match there, this quickly becoming a pinfalls anywhere match!

DS: That could cause a little confusion later, those production notes have gone everywhere!

Dante has pulled Hera back to her feet and whips her into a wall before charging in with a chair. Hera manages to duck and then grabs Dante from behind and nails a reverse DDT onto the chair. Hera doesn’t make a cover, instead she decides to pick Dante up and drag him over to a large, empty part of the arena. Hera rolls Dante onto a catering table, and then throws food all over the European Champion before trying to push a vending machine over. Hera manages to push the machine over, but Dante has rolled out of the way and avoids the heavy machine. Dante is back to his feet and hooks up with Hera. Just then Northerm Soul appears with the European Title belt and nails Dante on the back of the head, and then again in the neck. Hera waltzes over to Northern and offers her hand. Northern then nails Hera with the belt too, dropping it before walking away again.

DS: This is great, Mayo, these guys are destroying each other!

SM: That they are, and Northern Soul is making his presence felt.

DS: He should just wait until Monday to get his hands on either of these guys.

After a while Dante and Hera are back to their feet. They stare each other out for a while, regaining their breath and planning their next moves. Hera grabs Dante and tries for a DDT but The Fallen Angel blocks it and beats Hera in the back of the head with a tray from the catering table. Dante gets ready to cover Hera as Viktor Kaine runs into view and jumps at the European Champion, taking him down with a running Downward Spiral! Kaine shouts down to the fallen Dante.

“If you wanna go hardcore… you’re gonna have to deal with me!”

Kaine sets up a ladder, grabs a chair and climbs the ladder. He then connects on Dante with a big splash! Kaine then walks away again, leaving Dante battered and bloodied.

DS: This is insane! It’s amazing!

SM: Hera is getting back to her feet, but Dante looks out!

Hera pulls Dante back to his feet, looking for the Elektra Kick! Somehow Dante manages to avoid it and grabs her from behind.

SM: PURGATORY!!!

1…

2…

3!!

JS: Your winner, and still BWA European Champion… The Fallen Angel…. DANTE!!

Just then Hannah and Dean Kendall appear, carrying a bag. Dean grabs the European Title belt from Mark Dagger, tossing it into a nearby bin. Dante looks to Dean, a look of confusion on his face. Hannah pulls something from the bag and hands it to Dante… a new title belt!

DK: Congratulations, Dante, on becoming the first ever BWA Euro-Xtreme Champion!

HK: But remember, your first EX Title Defence is this Monday night at UpRising. Against Northern Soul… and it’s just become a Falls Count Anywhere match!

Dante smiles wickedly as the Kendall’s walk off once more.

SM: Big news here, Dan, no more European Title!

DS: Long live the Euro-Xtreme Title!

Back inside the arena, “Mudvayne” hits and as soon as the first primal scream issues Viktor Kaine walks out from under the curtain swirling his Kendo around his body.

JS: The following match is the three way elimination match for the vacant BWA Internet Title! Making his way to the ring first, from Salem, USA. He stands 6’3″ and weighs in at 245 lbs. He is the man known as VIKTOR KAINE!!

SM: And right away we get back into the action, as Viktor Kaine makes his way down to the ring.

DS: This three-way fight should be great, Mayo. Another great match here tonight.

As Praise plays, the lights go dim. Then a huge curtain of golden pyros come streaming down from the ceiling above the ramp way. There is a small gap in the middle, and from this gap emerges Shane Best, accompanied by his wife Veronica.

JS: Making his way to the ring, from Belfast, Ireland, and being accompanied by his wife Veronica. He stands at 6’4″ and weighs 246 lbs. He is simply the best… SHANE BEST!!

The two make their way to the ring, and as they get there, Shane holds down the second rope for Veronica to get in, and follows her in himself.

DS: It’s only Shane’s second match in the BWA, and he finds himself in the match for the Internet Title.

SM: He’ll be wanting to prove that he’s here to fight, Dan, not to just make up the numbers.

The house lights go out.

Voice-over: THIS IS DANGEROUS! OPEN UP YOUR HEAD, FEEL THE SHELL SHOCK!

A soft blue light glows as smoke fills the arena. The IoD logo flashes across the screen, followed by images of Nemesis, Vindicator and Shane in action. As the beat drops and quickens, Nemesis, flanked by Shane and Vindicator on each side, walks out onto the stage. Nemesis turns his back toward the ring, flexing his bicep, then kissing it before turning back to the ring.

JS: And finally, coming to the ring from Chicago, USA, and being accompanied by the rest of the IoD. A man who stands at 6’5″ and weighs 325 lbs. He is… NEMESIS!!

He rolls his eyes at his opponent and shakes his head as he swaggers to the ring, Shane and Vindicator in tow.

SM: And here comes Nemesis, who gained this opportunity having shown himself as respectful of a former opponent. He’s a big man, and a strong one to boot.

DS: And he’s the only member of the IoD to be allowed a title shot!

Just then Aaron Carter’s “Leave it up to me” begins to play.

DS: What the hell? Someone turn that shit off!

SM: What in god’s name is going on here?

Someone climbs into the ring and passes something to Jenny Starr.

JS: And… a new addition to this match. Coming to the ring from the world of pop music…. AARON CARTER!?

DS: Ack! Man, you’re shitting me!

Aaron Carter suddenly appears under the X-Tron, his music video playing on the giant screen.

SM: Has the world gone mad? What is Aaron Carter doing in a BWA Internet Title match?

DS: I’m getting horrible flashbacks, Mayo. I see David Arquette… why do I see David Arquette?

SM: Why do we see Aaron Carter?

Aaron Carter strolls to the ring, dancing along to his song.

DS: This is messed up, Mayo, seriously.

Shane Best, Nemesis, Viktor Kaine and…. Aaron Carter…. are ready to go and referee Paul Golden calls for the bell to start things off. Aaron Carter hooks up with Shane Best as Nemesis nails an Evenflow DDT on Viktor Kaine. Best whips Carter into the ropes and connects with a flying clothesline! Carter falls to the mat as Best locks on an arm bar. Aaron manages to reach the ropes and force the break. Nemesis whips Kaine into the ropes and goes for a clothesline, but Kaine ducks it and nails a reverse DDT. He makes a cover but Nemesis kicks out just after 2. Carter is back to his feet and has Best pushed up into the corner. He climbs the turnbuckle and reigns down a series of punches. That is until Best hits Carter in the groin and executes a running Lyger-Bomb! He makes a cover, 1…. 2….. Kickout from Carter.

SM: How in god’s name did Aaron Carter kick out of that one?

DS: A…aa….Aaron Carter! m…m…MWAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!

Best whips Aaron into the ropes as Nemesis does the same to Kaine. Best goes for a big kick on Carter, and ends up taking down both Carter and Kaine! Nemesis then turns his attentions to Best, grabbing him from behind and trying a sleeper hold. Best somehow escapes. Best heads out of the ring and grabs a table, setting it up in the aisle! He heads back into the ring and grabs hooks up with Nemesis. He boots Nemesis in the gut, and applies a standing head scissors in the middle of the ring and points at the table. The crowd goes wild as Best goes for a running Crucifix Powerbomb out of the ring and through the table, but the heavier man manages to escape the grasp of Best mid move and execute a neckbreaker on the Irishman. At this point Aaron Carter and Kaine are outside the ring, with Kaine smashing Carter’s head into the guard railings. He goes for it one more time but Carter blocks it and smashes Kaine’s head into the rail instead. Carter then moves over to the table that Best had set up, laying Viktor on it. Carter climbs onto the ring apron and signals for a splash onto Kaine. Inside the ring Nemesis whips Best into the ropes, knocking Carter off the ring apron. Kaine slides off the table just in time as Aaron Carter falls through it, face first. Inside the ring Best nails a Spear as he bounces back of the ropes. He makes a cover,

1…

2…

SM: Kick-out from Nemesis! He’s not going down that easily!

Best then turns his attention to Kaine, who has just got back into the ring. Best goes for a suplex, dropping Kaine on top of Nemesis, the referee counts it as a pin,

1…

2…

SM: Another Kick-out from Nemesis.

Carter is back into the ring and he spins Best around and nails an Implant DDT! Best somehow pops right back up and grabs Carter and applies a sleeper. He flips Aaron Carter into the air… SIMPLY THE BEST!! He covers,

1…

2…

3!

DS: Aaron Carter is eliminated from the match, to a chorus of incredibly loud cheers from the Manchester crowd!

SM: And usual service is resumed!

Nemesis and Kaine are locked up again as Best breaks them up, and then smashes their heads together! Best picks up Kaine and nails a Sidewalk Slam. Nemesis has grabbed a chair and as Best turns around he smashes him over the head with it. Best is dazed but not down, so Nemesis does it again. This time Best drops to one knee, but he’s still not down. Nemesis goes for one final swing but the referee pulls the chair away. Nemesis argues with the referee as both Kaine and Best are back to their feet. Nemesis then turns his back on the referee and pulls something from his boot. He swings wildly at Best and connects with what looks like a set of brass knuckles. Best falls backwards and Kaine sees his opportunity to make a cover,

1…

2…

3!

SM: And Shane Best is out! Brass Knuckles used by Nemesis! So much for respect… he’s back to his instinctive IoD ways!

DS: Kaine taking the cover though, Mayo. Shane put up a good fight, and only an illegal move could put him away here!

Kaine celebrates as Nemesis readies his brass knuckles for a second victim. Kaine turns around and Nemesis swings, but so does Kaine. Both men hit each other and both fall flat on the mat. The referee looks at both men and starts the mandatory ten count.

1…

2…

3…

DS: Did Kaine have his own brass kucks?

4…

SM: I dunno, but both men are down!

5…

6…

7…

SM: Still no sign of life…

8…

9…

Finally Nemesis gets back to his feet, after Shane Pinex had helped him come round a little.

SM: Pinex helping his boy down there.

DS: But you have to admit, the IoD have not interfered. They’re playing it cool here tonight.

Nemesis hauls Kaine back to his feet…..

SM: DAT’S YO ASS!!

DS: Nemesis covers…..

1…

2…

3!

JS: Ladies and Gentlemen, your winner, and NEW BWA INTERNET CHAMPION…. NEMESIS!!!

SM: The Instruments of Destruction celebrate inside the ring here, Dan, as Nemesis picks up the Internet Title!

DS: That was a great match, Mayo, so glad to see Shane Best put a hurting on Aaron Carter!!

Just then “Ultrasonic Sound” kicks in, and Tim Worthington appears under the X-Tron… Dean and Hannah Kendall close behind him. The threesome make their way to the ring.

JS: Our next match is a tag-team match, and is scheduled for one fall. Making their way to the ring, accompanied by Hannah Kendall, is the former MWA Heritage Champion… Tim Worthington, and the BWA President… Dean Kendall. They are… THE ALLIANCE!!

DS: Kendall and Worthington using the Alliance name… but they haven’t existed in a long time, Mayo.

SM: Tis true, Dan. Tis true.

JS: And their opponents are already in the ring. They are Shane Pinex and the former BWA Heavyweight Champion, Vindicator. They are the INSTRUMENTS OF DESTRUCTION!!

Referee Matt Slater calls for the bell as Vindicator and Tim Worthington stand toe to toe talking trash to one another. Vindicator pushes Tim and Worthington responds with a right hook and then a repeated blow that staggers Vindicator back. Tim pushes Vindicator back to the ropes then whips him to the opposite ropes. Vindicator rebounds off the far side rope and ducks a a clothesline from Tim and delivers a quick neckbreaker drop. Vindicator floats over and delivers a few stiff punches to Worthington’s head. Matt Slater warns Vindicator about the closed fist. Vindicator reaches down to grab Tim’s hair, but Worthington grabs Vindicator and rolls him up into a small package!

1!

2!

SM: KICK-OUT!

DS: Worthington nearly stealing it there, Mayo.

Both men roll to their feet and eye one another. They circle the ring a little before locking up in the centre. Vindicator flings Worthington back as if he were a child, sending him to the mat. Tim rolls to his feet quickly only to be dropped by a huge lariat that sends him twisting inside out. Shane calls over to Vindicator and asks for the tag. Vindicator tags out and Pinex rushes to over to

Worthington as he is just getting to his feet. Shane goes for a clothesline of his own, but instinctively, Worthington ducks, rolls around and nails Pinex with a release German suplex. Tim gets back to his feet, still in a bit of a daze and tags in Dean Kendall. Kendall quickly rushes to Shane and attempts a cover.

1!

Vindicator steps into the ring and yanks Dean off of Shane.

DS: Vinnie in to help Shane here, good match so far!

SM: And it will be, as long as it stays clean.

Matt Slater orders Vindicator out of the ring. Kendall helps up Shane then thumbs him across his back with several stiff fore-arm shots that sends Pinex to a knee. Dean pulls Shane back to his feet then delivers a text book suplex. Dean goes for a quick pin but Shane kicks right back out. Kendall lifts Shane back to his feet and attempts to whip him into a corner, but Shane reverses the whip into a short arm clothesline. Pinex heads to his corner, still trying to clear the cobwebs and tags in Vindicator. Dean slowly gets up to his feet only to look up into the sinister grin of Vindicator who grabs Kendall by the throat and sticks him to the mat with a falling Chokeslam. Vindicator hooks the leg!

1!

2!

SM: NO!

Worthington jumps Vindicator to break the count. Slater warns Tim. Vindicator laughs at Tim as he pulls the near unconscious Dean Kendall to his feet and drops him with a stiff clothesline. Vindicator looks at Worthington and gives him a quick trash talking as he toys with Kendall. Dean tries to fight back with a few shots to the guy that only seem to annoy Vindicator. Vindicator grabs Dean by the head with both hands and tosses him across the ring and nearly completely outside the ring. Kendall rolls to the nearest corner and asks for help only to be stomped on by Shane Pinex. Vindicator walks slowly over to the dazed Dean Kendall, pulls him to his feet, looks dead at Tim Worthington then delivers the Revenge is Sweet DDT!! But doesn’t go for the cover. Instead, Vindicator tags in Shane who goes right to the top rope.

DS: This could be it, Mayo!

Vindicator picks up Dean for a powerbomb facing Tim. Pinex leaps off the top rope, over Kendall’s head as he grabs him around the neck as Vindicator hits the powerbomb. Shane scrambles over and hooks Deans legs for the cover.

1!

Worthington rushes in to break up the pin but is met head on by Vindicator who nails him with a spinebuster slam.

JS: Your winners… I O D!

DS: They’ve done it! A clean win over the Alliance, they’re back in the title race!

SM: Hold on, Dan, Vinnie isn’t finished yet!

Shane jumps up raising his hands as Vindicator tells him to go outside the ring. Shane rushes outside the ring as Vindicator pulls Tim to his feet and puts him right back down with Urinagi suplex. Pinex pulls out a table from under the ring and slides it into the ring. Shane slides into the ring and sets up the table as Vindicator pulls up Worthington’s limp body and seats him on the top turnbuckle. Vindicator climbs to the top with him and sets him up for a powerbomb. Vindicator powers Tim up, jumps off the top rope spinning in mid air and drives Tim through the table. Shane and Vindicator give Worthington and Dean a few choice words before they exit the ring.

SM: My god! Worthington and Kendall left flattened by the IoD!

DS: They did all they had to.. they won the match cleanly… and then they beat the bejesus outta them!

SM: It’s not been a great week for Tim Worthington. First he loses his MWA Heritage Title… and now this.

DS: The rest of the BWA better watch out… Vinnie’s a comin’!

The scene switches to the back, where Lex Demise is preparing for his big title defence. He’s warming up as a member of the technical crew appears and tells him that it’s time to make a move.

DS: Here we go, Mayo, main event time!

JS: Ladies and gentlemen. The following match is our Main Event of the evening, and is for the BWA Heavyweight Championship!

The lights go dark, and “Fear” by Disturbed plays over the PA system, as Lex Demise slowly walks to the ring. A lone crimson spotlight follows him to the ring. Lex is dressed in a black trench coat over his wrestling attire, with black sunglasses over his eyes.

JS: Coming to the ring, from Hartford, USA, is the reigning and defending BWA Heavyweight Champion. He stands at 6’6″ inches tall, and weighs in at 257 lbs. He is the master of the Epic Tragedy… The Xtreme Icon… LEX DEMISE!!

Demise slowly walks into the ring and extends his arms in the shape of a cross once he climbs into the ring. Fire explodes from the ring posts and the lights come back up as he removes his trench coat and sunglasses.

DS: This is it, Mayo, Demise’s chance to prove himself worthy as the BWA Champion!

SM: But he’s set to face a very worked up Angel, out to wipe the grin off Demise’s face. He didn’t take kindly to what he said about Maile, and after his big win at Night of Armageddon… he’s on a roll!

The crowd falls silent as they expect the arrival of Angel. After a while there is no sign of the AoWF World Champion.

SM: What now?

DS: Lord knows, Mayo.

Suddenly the X-Tron flickers into action. We see Angel, Maile and Cica, in a bar somewhere. The camera pans back to reveal the location of the bar… it’s on a cruise ship! Angel has a large smile on his face, and a drink in his hand.

A: So, Demise. You want a piece of me? YOU WANT A P-P-PIECE OF ME?

The girls look at Angel, who starts to laugh.

A: Sorry… it’s the drink talking.

Angel turns to face the barman.

A: Barman! Why do you keep giving me these? It’s making me all light headed!

He lets out a big smile.

A: Three more please!

Angel then turns back to the camera.

A: Where was I? Ah, yes, Demise. For those of you who failed to see NoA 4 this past week, will not know about the collapse… and re-birth of the MoA. And at the centre of the new, improved, MoA? Well, it could only be La Stygia! And you will have failed to see me unite the AoWF World and Undisputed Championships. That, for the hard of thinking, makes me the best that the AoWF has to offer. And, seeing as how I’m at the top of the tree, I decided that now might be a good time to take a little vacation. I’ll be gone for a few weeks, enjoying myself for a change. So, sorry Lex, looks like we’ll just have to do this another time! Ciao!

Angel starts on another drink as the X-Tron fades. Demise stands in the ring, incredibly pissed off.

DS: Oh, boy. Angel fails to show for a match with Demise for the second time!

SM: Demise wanted to prove himself as more than a paper champion… and that chance has been taken away from him!

The cameras follow Demise as he leaves the arena. He bumps into Hannah Kendall.

HK: Lex, wait up. I know you wanted this match with Angel, so you could prove to yourself and the BWA that you are worthy of that title. So, at UpRising I’m putting you in a title match which should help you do just that. It’s you… in a street fight… against Vindicator!

In the background you can hear the crowd roar. Demise smiles.

HK: Oh, and Lex. As a favour to me… beat the shit outta the guy!

Demise smiles wickedly.

LD: Consider it done!

Demise walks away, the BWA Title flung over his shoulder.

SM: You heard it here first folks, Vindicator against Lex Demise in a BWA Title match on Monday night! Well we’re outta time, for Dan “The Man” Stevens, this is Scott Mayo saying Good Fight, Goodnight!

The show ends.
