in’ de’ pen’ dence- To declare a freedom from oppression. To be independent of the rules and regulations of a governing body.
Britain has long known the experience of colonies declaring independence from them. Michael Collins turned the Irish Republican Army into guerrilla fighters in his attempt to wrest control from the English.
William Wallace fought for the people of Scotland as they tried to gain autonomy.
India, Australia, the list goes on.
But no countries battle for Independence is more storied than that of the United States of America. George Washington, Patrick Henry and others, though not perfect men by any means fought against the tyranny of King George.
To this day men of valor fight against tyranny. Were not Martin Luther King Jr. and Malcolm X freedom fighters? Was not Geronimo and Tecumseh. Freedom is a constantly changing concept but it is not reserved for the Americans.
The tables have turned and now an American company has become the perceived oppressor as the UKWA, led by Major Richard Kendall and Tim Worthington struggle to gain their independence from the MWA, owned by Barrett Brand. Now when all the talking has failed do they clash!

***********
We fade in and jump to a sea of signs extolling the virtues of the MWA. We are in the hometown of the Millenium Wrestling Alliance, Madison, Wisconsin at the Kohl Center in the heart of the downtown University area. The theme song of Independence, “Washington’s Day” by the Hooters blares over the sound system and the Independence video plays as we send it to our broadcast team of Wally Goodman and Porkchop Poe.
Goodman- Welcome fans to Independence! We come to you this week, live from the Kohl Center in Madison, Wisconsin and we have a first for you tonight. A team challenge series pitting the superstars of the MWA against the counterparts of the UKWA.
Poe- Ya know this is a sad day. This came about because of a favor granted by Barrett Brand and the unreasonable pride of Tim Worthington and his father the cantankerous old Major Richard Kendall.
Goodman- I’d like to reserve judgement on this one Porkchop. Tim is a good man and I think he has a valid point. Suffice it to say, should the MWA win, the UKWA will be in a world of hurt. So let’s not beat a dead horse. Let’s get to the ring!
***************
Jenny Starr- Ladies and Gentlemen. The first bout of the evening is scheduled for one fall. Making his way to the ring, from Long Island, New York. He stands 6’3″ tall and weighs in at 243lbs. Representing the UKWA is “The Lord of the Bling”… BRANDON COLLINS!!!
“Head Like A Hole” by Nine Inch Nails blares over the loud speakers as the lights in the arena dim. The aisle way is lit up in green money symbols from the spotlights as Brandon Collins steps out in front of the curtains smirking. He hooks a finger around the gold chain around his neck showing off a large diamond crusted dollar symbol. Wearing a white Armani suit to the ring.
Mayo- Hello everyone and welcome to ringside. For those unfamiliar with the UKWA, I’m Scott Mayo, and with me as always is Dan Stevens.
Dan- Good Evening America! A pleasure to be here in Madison, we’re ready to call this first match of the night!
“Sober” by Tool plays through the arena. On the jumbo tron a picture of Dr Jeckel appears and then turns into Mr. Hyde. Reiver’s name flashes across the screen. A wall of flames explode in the entrance ramp, as Reiver slowly rises up through them.
Jenny Starr- And his opponent, hailing from parts unknown. He stands at 6’10″ and weighs 350lbs. He represents the MWA… REIVER!!!!!!!
Reiver makes it 1/2 way down the ramp and stops. Drops to his kness and covers his ears. Looks up in to the rafters and lets out a scream. As Reiver screams fire engulfs the floor around the ring. Reiver rises and enters the ring. Climbs to the second turn buckle and does the Dudley Cross.
Mayo- You know anything about this guy, Dan?
Dan- No.
Mayo- …
Dan- What? What you want me to say?
DING DING DING
Referee Matt Slater calls for the bell and the match is underway. The two lock up. The two men test their strength until Reiver pushes Collins back into the ropes and knees him in the gut. Club to the back by Reiver and an elbow drop. And another. And a quick cover,
1
Collins kicks out.
Dan- Reiver showing he’s got a little strength, Mayo.
Mayo- Too early for the pin, though. Easy kick-out from Collins.
Reiver pulls Collins up but a knee to the gut gains the UKWA star a momentary advantage. Irish whip by Collins. He goes for a hip toss but Reiver reverses it into his own hip toss. Drop toe hold by Reiver. He runs up Collins’s back and does a sit down drop kick. Reiver climbs up on Collins’s shoulders for a Camel Clutch but Collins gets to his feet and falls backwards.
Mayo- Collins uses some ring smarts to get out of a possible Camel Clutch.
Dan- Yeah, that was well done.
Brandon then pulls Reiver up and suplexes him over. Collins picks Reiver up and throws him into the corner. Collins chops away on Reiver. Irish whip to the opposite corner by Collins. As Reiver stumbles forward, Collins rams him back into the corner with a high dropkick to the face. Assorted chops and punches in the corner by Collins who pulls Reiver out and executes a back suplex. Cover by Collins.

2
Mayo- No!!! Reiver kicks out.
Dan- And now a sitting surfboard stretch from Collins! He’s really taking it to Reiver here.
Mayo- He wants to put in a good early showing for the UKWA!
Reiver powers up and manages to crawl to the ropes. Collins goes for an Irish Whip but it is reversed by Reiver. Reiver goes for a drop kick but Collins holds the ropes so Reiver misses. Collins then misses a big elbow drop. Two right fists by Collins. Irish whip by Reiver; reversed by Collins. Belly to belly suplex by Collins. Both men go for the abdominal stretch but Reiver gets it in first. Collins counters it with a hip toss. Collins sends Reiver to the corner and follows it up with some kicks to the mid-section. Irish whip to the opposite corner by Collins and he charges behind. Reiver gets his feet up. Head scissors take over by Reiver followed by a drop kick. An Irish whip to the corner by Reiver followed by a splash and then a bulldog. A cover,
Mayo- One….
Two…
NO!
Dan- Nice stuff from the “Lord of the Bling”, I have to say. Obviously been training hard for this one.
Reversed Irish whip by Collins. Baseball slide by Reiver. Reiver sets up an enziguri but Collins ducks the kick and locks in an STF. Reiver eventually reaches the ropes but is injured by the move and is limping. Like a predator sensing blood Collins kicks the leg out of Reiver as he steadies himself on the rope. Reiver lands hard on the back of his head. An knee drop to the temple by Collins and he grapevines the leg,
1
2
No!!! A kick-out from Reiver. As Collins pulls him up he shoots him into the ropes and nails a Spinebuster! He hooks the leg once more,
Mayo- One…
Two…
No! Reiver is out at two and a half.
Dan- Collins senses the win now, Mayo, and so do I!
Reiver gets to his feet and kicks Collins who catches the foot. No! Inziguri by Reiver. Collins is to his feet but Reiver nails him with a nice roundhouse crescent kick. Collins is down. Reiver to the top rope. Attempts the Swandive Head butt… No!!! Collins rolls away! The MWA star lands hard and Collins wrenches his leg. He then places it on the bottom rope and drops on it. Collins slaps on the Boston Crab. Reiver writhes in pain but gets to the ropes. Collins brings him up only to send him down with a Manhattan Drop. Again the leg lock. Reiver is in agony.
Dan- Here we go, Mayo. Surely Reiver’s legs can’t take much more of this.
Mayo- You may be right, Dan, you may be right.
Dan- Hell, I’m always right!
Reiver gets to the ropes. Matt Slater breaks the hold. Collins is up and suplexes Reiver after holding him up high for at least 10 seconds. He pulls up Reiver who can barely stand and whips him to the ropes. Reiver reverses and sends Collins to the ropes. Collins jumps up and bounces off the second rope back-flipping over Reiver and bouncing off the opposite ropes, then he grabs Reiver….
Mayo- BA DA BLING!!
Brandon nails his move, a Cobra Clutch applied from the side before dropping forward with a reverse side Russian leg sweep.
Dan- And a cover…
One…
Two…
THREE!
DING DING DING
Dan- My god, he actually did it!
Mayo- Brandon Collins pulls out the win over a much larger opponent here tonight, and sets the UKWA on it’s way!
The bell ringing didn’t matter as Collins tossed Reiver out of the ring to the floor. Collins threw the time keeper aside and picked up the chair he was sitting in, folding it over, Brandon waited on Reiver who was still disorientated. Reiver turned around into a stiff chair shot that knocked the chair out of Brandon’s hands and split Reiver wide open! Brandon grins as he looks down at Reiver and picked up the chair again slipping Revier’s arm between the steel seat and the back of the chair, Collins headed up onto the apron and looked down at the chair trying to break Reiver’s arm until security and official charged down the ring and got in front of him! Collins warned them to move out of the way but didn’t until Revier had been pulled from Collins’ warn path. Brandon glared down at the officials before ducking back into the ring and climbing up to the middle turnbuckle and slowly glaring over the jeering crowd.]

Kendra Wing- This next match. Introducing first from Kingstown, Alabama… Weighing in at 487 pounds… Here is Sutton Riggsley… MOUSE!
As Dream Theatre’s “Overture” kicks into higher gear, Vindicator stands so that he can get a closer look at the Dojo’s super-heavyweight. The crowd stands at attention as well as the near-seven-footer walks out onto the stage, his mouse mask highly evident, a grin on his face as he wrings his hands together. Following closely behind is Loman Kael.
Goodman- Great googily moogilies. That isn’t a man it’s a house that walks.
Poe- Snap! That is one big mothafucka!
Kendra Wing- His tag-team partner hails from Dublin, Ireland and weighs in at 219 pounds… He is “The Irish Warrior,” LOMAN KAEL!
Kendra Wing- And their opponents, first from Southampton, England at 6’3″ and 229 lbs, this is the Loving Legend and a proud member of the Prime Time Payers, “Playboy” Al Galpin!
Charles Wright & The Watts 103rd Street Rhythm Band play “Express Yourself” as Al comes down on the rampway arm in arm with the lovely ladies, Ebony and Ivory. He hops up on the apron and flips over the ropes and throws his arms in the air! The ladies help him take off his ring jacket and each places a kiss on his cheeks.
Kendra Wing- And his partner, now entering the ring from Madison, Wisconsin at 6’1″ and 229 lbs, the former owner of the MWA, “El Presidente” Brian Dunkel. Along with BellaBlue!
The crash of the symbol and the guitar riff opening “Killing in the Name Of” by Rage Against the Machine roars through the stadium as the lights grow dim. The crowd seated in the bowl of the arena goes quiet as the lead singer screams out, “Killing in the Name Of!” as silver bursts of pyro erupt from the stage. The curtain is pushed aside and “El Presidente” purposefully strides out onto the staging. Once on the cusp of the ramp, Brian stops, his chin held high as he raises his arms out to the side, prompting another eruption of silver sparks that reflects off his dark wire-rimmed Oakley’s. A confident smile on his face, Dunkel heads down the ramp, paying no attention to the jeering of the crowd.
And it looks like Mouse and Al Galpin are going to start off the match here. OH!! Mouse blindsiding Al, coming down hard on Al’s back with a right hand. Now he’s knocking Dunkel off the apron!!
Poe- Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy Wally. Dunkel had it coming. It shows you how much of an asshole he is when we don’t even pull for the moflickie when he’s representing the Fed.
Mouse quickly takes hold of Al Galpin, whipping him into the ropes as Kael watches on bored. Mouse comes back hard on Al with a huge big boot, taking him out momentarily. Following the big boot, Mouse quickly goes back to work with a vile look on his face, bringing Al to his feet.
Goodman- Mouse sure looks vicious out there tonight. Not showing any remorse for two of the superstars of the MWA.
Poe- From what I here this Mouse is like this at every show. No compassion, no mercy. Serious bad mothafucka.
Goodman- I don’t think Dunkel and Al need any compassion or mercy from Mouse and Kael, but they will need to be at the top of their game.
Mouse with a standing suplex, as Al goes crashing into the canvas. Dunkel is back up on the apron now as he looks on, not too happy. Mouse comes down on Al with a standing leg drop, right across his chest. Al cringes on impact, rolling around momentarily. Mouse sits up, looking around evilly at the booing crowd. He begins to pick up Al again, this time Loman Kael shouts at him for a tag.
Poe- Here’s another badass. Kael’s definitely going to inflict some pain on the Playboy.
Mouse tags Kael in, here comes the double team. They are stomping the life out of Al G here, and finally the ref gets control of Mouse, sending him back outside. Kael poses cockily for a moment, thrusting his hands up in the air, grinning momentarily. A frown quickly replaces the grin as he sends another kick to Al G, before lifting him to his feet. Kael lifts Al up by the side, with little or no trouble at all. He quickly brings out his knee, bringing Al down upon it hard delivering a backbreaker. Afterwards, he holds onto it, shaking his head in a no fashion before coming down with one more, this time letting Al’s lifeless body fall the canvas.
Goodman- This is just sick!! So far all Mouse and Kael have done is beat the living hell out of Al Galpin!!!
Poe- They are taking it to the Playboy. He used to be close with the Kendall clan. I think they see him as a traitor. He needs to tag Dunkel, I wouldn’t mind seeing him in the ring, getting his ass kicked.
Kael laughs to himself at how easily he is destroying this man. Al begins to struggle to get up, but is quickly halted by a kick to the back by Kael. Kael then lets out a roar of anger, signaling for his finishing maneuver, but a counter by Al G as he brings him down into a REVERSE DDT!!!
Poe- Snap!!! Galpin is blowin my mind tonight.
Al now trying to get a Tag, still in pain after that combination of moves from Kael and Mouse. Dunkel. Kael is also struggling to his feet. Can Al get the tag….??
YES!!!!
Dunkel comes in and immediately comes off the top rope with a huge elbow drop to the Infinity Dojo member. Immediately following, Dunkel hops to his feet as he charges over, returning the favor to Mouse as he knocks him off of the apron. Kael begins to rise to his feet, but the momentum of Dunkel is just too strong as he quickly puts a stop to it as he nails a huge missile dropkick to the kneeling Loman, sending Kael to the canvas.
Goodman- Dunkel is on fire here, really giving it to the Infinity Dojo!
Poe- Surprised Wally? Kael may be one of the baddest Moflickie’s on the planet, but Dunkel isn’t half bad.
Goodman- Your right, he is a very talented wrestler Porkchop, which makes his attitude all the more sad and pathetic. He is definitely more experienced then Kael as well.
Dunkel now locking his arms around Kael’s waist. Perfectly executed belly to belly suplex by “El Presidente” Brian Dunkel. What an amazing use of leverage!
Kael arches up in pain after the suplex, cringing in pain. Dunkel begins to lower the pace a little bit afterwards, slowly making his way to the fallen Loman. Kael begins to rise to his feet once more, but is again halted by Dunkel, he sends a hard right hand down on his back before whipping him into the ropes.
Poe- Mouse needs to help out his partner, he’s getting murdered out there!!
Goodman- Though I’m not sure Kael need’s help, he sure is taking a beating. Ever since Dunkel stepped in the ring, Kael definitely needs a break. Kael and Dunkel both coming hard off the ropes, Dunkel preparing to inflict some more damage on the member of the Infinity Dojo! But oh my Stars and Garters! Kael pulls a spinebuster out of no where, taking Dunkel out cold!!!
Goodman- Both men are down, and they both need to make a tag, the only question is who is going to get there first!!
Both men begin to slowly crawl towards each others corner. And…Kael TAGS Mouse!!! Mouse viciously climbs over the top rope, as he chasing the now scrambling Dunkel, he quickly tags in his partner Al. Dunkel rolls out of the bottom rope, still in pain as Mouse takes a swing at him. Al climbs in the ring and surprises Mouse whilst Mouse is swinging at Dunkel, delivering one hell of a german suplex to the monster known as Mouse!!
Goodman- Al G, now taking down Mouse with a beautiful german suplex.
Poe- Hmm so Al DOES know what he’s doing out there. Go figure.
Goodman- Oh please Jack, Al is a well respected wrestler. He just had a rough start, who wouldn’t have trouble with two men as monstrous as Kael and Mouse?!?
Poe- I’ll give ya that Wally. You are a master of the understatement.
Al is already up after the huge german, now back on the offense, sending some kicks to Mouse. Al now goes and and begins to lock in a boston crab as the crowd fills with mixed reactions. Once locked in, Mouse begins to scream in pain, in a low, almost scary voice. Kael quickly comes in and puts a stop to the painful maneuver by kicking Al in the back. The ref quickly sends Kael back to the outside but he keeps the ref distracted. Dunkel sneaks in and nails Mouse with the bulldog!!Al now picking Mouse back up, and a DDT by Al Galpin, and there’s the tag to Dunkel. Dunkel immediately hops into the ring with a cocky look and grin on his face. Now he begins to send a few chops to the chest of Mouse. Now Dunkel whips him into the ropes, and comes back with a huge flying lariat then brings them both into the ground, but Dunkel quickly climbs back up without hesitation.
Goodman- Dunkel is a house afire here. Kael and Mouse need to figure out a way to slow this veteran down. Dunkel now lifting Mouse up into a Veto! Mouse’s down. Cover

No! Mouse powerfully kicks out.
Dunkel now attempting a submission maneuver. Dunkel messes around with a legs for a second before locking in….A FIGURE FOUR!!! The crowd begins to go nuts as Mouse immediately pops up, cringing in pain. Kael tries to come in to stop the maneuver, but this time the ref stops him leaving Mouse helpless. Mouse finally gets a foot loose and sends a kick to the arse of Dunkel, sending Dunkel stumbling to his feet. He catches onto the rope as Mouse struggles to get up. Dunkel immediately attempts to go back to work on the big man. And Mouse grabs El Prez’s trunks and throws Dunkel to the outside!!! Mouse quickly makes the tag to Loman, who comes in only to meet an already recovered Dunkel!. Loman Kael with the clothesline. He picks him up and hits a Full nelson suplex, sending Dunkel crashing into the mat!!! Kael now lifts up Dunkel, with his same old cocky but yet angry look as he begins to lock in a dragon sleeper. Before long Dunkel begins to pass out, just where Kael wanted him as he now lets go of the dragon sleeper to attempt another maneuver. A body press slam!!! He lifts Dunkel up into his arms into the body press position. Once up there, Kael begins to raise and lower him as he does a few sets of Dunkel then drops him to the mat with a thud.
Goodman- Mouse is taking over here!
Kael quickly rushes over to where Dunkel is laying. He bends over and grabs Dunkel by the head to haul him up to his feet. The wiley veteran Dunkel pulls a trick from his old bag of tricks by raking the eyes of Kael. With Kael blinded, this gives Dunkel enough time to stagger to his corner and tag in the fresh Al Galpin. Al quickly enters while Dunkel exits and takes the breather he so desperately needs. Al grabs onto the blinded Kael’s head and drags him to the nearest corner. Al smashes Kael’s head onto the top turnbuckle.
Goodman- Agressive tactic by the Playboy but this match has gone on quite awhile. Do you think either of these teams can keep up the pace?
Poe- Dunkel I know can. I gots to plead ignorance on the Dojo guys.
Kael is dazed for a moment and Al realizes it and quickly takes advantage of it. Al grabs onto Kael’s left arm and whips him across to the opposite side turnbuckle. Kael Darquiel’s back crash onto the turnbuckle hard. Al rushes for the corner that Kael is at and hits Kael with a splash. The force sends Kael sitting on his rear end on the corner, looking out of breath. Galpin doesn’t take a minute to pause. He continues his offense on Kael. Galpin bends over to grab Kael by the head to haul him up to his feet. With Kael still at the corner, Al chops Kael with authority on his chest. Al Galpin chops Kael again on his chest. Al grabs Kael by the head to drag him out of the corner and back to the middle of the ring. Al Galpin spins Darquiel around so his back is facing him. Al applies a waistlock on Kael and hooks Kael’s left leg with his left arm. Al then lifts Kael up onto his shoulder and falls backwards. Al quickly goes for the cover…

Mouse quickly enters the ring to break the count. The referee orders Mouse back to his corner, Mouse complies. Al stands up while grabbing onto Kael’s head. They are both up on their feet. Al drags Kael to his corner and tags in Dunkel.
Goodman- Uh oh, a fresh Dunkel in now to take on a weary Loman Kael.
Dunkel quickly enters the ring. The first thing he does is walk close enough to Mouse’s corner and flips him the bird. Mouse angered by Dunkel’s gesture quickly ducks between the top and middle rope to enter the ring. The Referee quickly spots Mouse and quickly goes over to order him and hold him back from attacking Dunkel. Meanwhile this distraction allows Al to re-enter the ring and do the double team on Kael. Both Dunkel and Al begin punching Kael, who is stuck in the enemy corner.
Poe- Finally some good old fashioned teamwork.
Goodman- Don’t you mean cheating?
Poe- Winning means a bigger paycheck. That’s what it’s all about.
Mouse reluctantly exits the ring back to his corner. Al exits the ring too and is back to his corner. Mouse decides to retaliate by dropping off the apron and onto the mat outside. He rushes to Al Galpin and Dunkel’s corner. Mouse grabs Al by his legs and pulls him off the apron. Al lands on the mat on his feet. The two begin to brawl outside. Meanwhile, Dunkel grabs onto Kael’s left arm and drags him to the middle of the ring. Dunkel whips Kael to the ropes. Dunkel extends his arm out. Kael bounces off the ropes and spots Dunkel’s arm. Kael ducks underneath the arm and comes to a halt behind Dunkel. Dunkel spins around and is greeted by a boot to the gut by Kael. This causes Dunkel to bend over. Kael grabs Dunkel’s head and shoves it underneath his left arm. Kael nails a monstrous DDT on Dunkel. Both men are down.
Poe- What a DDT! Kael really took a lot out of Dunkel there!
With the referee distracted with the brawl between Mouse and Al on the outside, both Dunkel and Kael clamber back to their feet, where Kael swings for a clothesline. However, Dunkel ducks the shot and then waits for Kael to spin around before catching him with a stiff kick right to the family jewels! Kael falls backwards against the ropes, as El Presidente arrogantly raises his arms into the air, taunting the fans. However, Kael bounces off the ropes and then staggers forwards, driving his head straight into Dunkel’s groin! Dunkel bends over, about to drop to his knees, but then he is hooked up into a small package by his opponent, just as the referee turns around to see the cover being made…

No! Dunkel kicks out. Dunkel is furious and throws Kael between the ropes and to the outside. he follows him out by Loman is ready and fights back, taking it into the Mad City crowd. Al and Mouse rush out to seperate their partners and within moments all hell has broken loose.
Goodman- My god! It’s a Pier 6 Brawl in the crowd.
Poe- I just hope no one breaks a bottle over any wrestlers. You might spill some good beer.
The referee tries to get the match under control and goes back to the ring and begins the count. He hits 20 and neither team has made any attempt to bring it inside so he calls for the bell.
Goodman- It’s a double countout! How will this affect the Team Challenge Series?
Poe- A tie I guess. Should have known we couldn’t trust Dunkel.

Kendra Wing- This match is one fall to a finish, from Wrexham, Wales at 6’5″ and 257 lbs, his is the Clafftastic one and one strange guy, Nick Claffey!
[Inside the arena, the lights dim out and a slight drum beat can be heard and a un-recognizable video begins to play on the screen. Suddenly, the song “Watch Your Back” by Benny Cassette begins to pump through the PA System. Two spot lights hit center stage, and a well built Man with Blonde hair which comes down just over his ears, clad out in a pair of blue cut off jeans and a T-shirt which reads “Whos Your Daddy?” The crowd begins to get a little louder as some begin to realize just who this man is. Suddenly, the lights come back on fully and the outlet finishes, and the crowd roars its aproval as Nick Claffey is fully revealed on top of the ramp. he makes his way to the ring, alongside his hotter than hot grilfriend, Amber, as the gobsmacked crowd lets out its aproval]
Kendra Wing- And his opponent From parts unknown, weighing in at 145 pounds… Mister E!
“The words Mister E flash in a twisting-like sequence across the Shockwave. Fireworks erupt as Mister E is shot up from under the stage. He flies up and lands as the crowd erupts in cheers. Heading for the ring, he slaps hands with the fans on his way down. He leaps over the top rope and climbs to the top turnbuckle, raising his hand to the cheering crowd. The name Mister E flashes in a twisting-like sequence across the (whatever Tron you guys are using lol).
Claffey is on the move in an instant, charging toward Mr. E. He leaps into the air, looking for a roaring elbow. Mr. E sidesteps and Claffey hits the turnbuckles with force. He turns and Mr. E takes him down with an arm drag into a seated arm-bar. Claffey kips up and takes Mr. E down with a head scissors. Both men get back to their feet. Claffey leaps with a wild clothesline, nearly connecting but Mr. E swipes it away. Mr. E goes for a clothesline, Claffey ducks under. Both men throw the same punch, colliding knuckles in the center of the ring. They stare at each other momentarily as the fans are in a frenzy. Claffey nods his head and begins circling around the ring.
Goodman- I think the luchadore has gotten under Claffey’s skin from the get-go.
Poe- Well Claffey is kind of a headcase to begin with.
Claffey asks for a clean lockup and gets it. They jockey for position. Mr. E powers Nick into a standing side headlock. Claffey elbows his way to freedom and attempts a back suplex. Mr. E lands on his feet and runs Claffey into the ropes, scoring with a roll-up.
1…
2…
No! Claffey kicks out easily.
Goodman- Yep, this one isn’t going to end like that, I assure you. Claffey is way too experienced.
Mr. E now asks for a lockup and Claffey suckers him in to a knee to the gut. Mr. E doubles over and Nick scores with a flurry of elbows to the back of the head, putting the masked man to the mat. Claffey springs to the ropes and comes off looking for a kick but Mr. E sweeps his legs out. Claffey crashes down inches away from the luchadore’s head. Mr. E mounts him, firing away with hard right hands. Claffey shields with one hand and gets into the guard, flipping him over. Now Claffey exerting himself with closed fists. Mr. E shoves free and both men get back to their feet in a clean sweep.
Poe- These moflickie got a lot riding on this match. Mr. E was a replacement and Claffey has a chance to prove himself to the MWA. If he doesn’t do it here, he may never do it.
Mr. E calls Claffey on who answers the challenge with a mad dash. Claffey picks him up on his shoulder, slamming him into the turnbuckles. They batter each other with closed fists in the ropes and eventually fall through to ring side. They hit the concrete hard but seem not to notice as they continue to pummel each other. Mr. E is up first with his hands gripped around Claffey’s head. He jerks him up and fires a stiff right that rocks him in place. Mr. E lunges forward with a lariat that drops Claffey hard to the concrete. Claffey kicks his legs, selling the pain of the move. The referee drops to the outside, telling Mr. E to get it back in the ring. Mr. E ignores him and pulls Claffey back up.
Goodman- Why isn’t the referee counting them?!
Poe- Because the profile of this match is that large, Wally. If he counted either of them out I think the fans in this arena would riot!
Mr. E tries for an Irish whip but Claffey reverses on the hot step sending Mr. E head first into the guard rail. Claffey grabs Mr. E by his hair and pulls him up. He lifts and drops to a seated position laying Mr. E throat first across the railing with a hot shot! Mr. E falls to the concrete holding his chest and throat as Claffey gets back up wiping the sweat from his face. Mr. E rolls over onto his stomach and Claffey pulls him to his feet. Nick lifts and slams him hard to the concrete then ventures to the apron
Goodman- What the hell is Claffey doing!?
Poe- We’ve seen him do this before!
Claffey takes off down the apron, leaping off with an elbow right across the sternum of Mr. E. The fans are to their feet, both cheering for one or the other. Nick crawls over to the guardrail, using it to get back up. The referee yells at Claffey warning him to get back into the ring. Claffey grabs Mr. E and tosses him back in, following but veering to the top rope. Claffey calculates the move, measuring Mr. E as he gets back to his feet. Mr. E staggers back into the ropes inadvertently, knocking Claffey from his perch and into an unenthusiastic landing.
Goodman- Man! Talk about testicular fortitude.
Poe- Snap! I’d be crying right now if I were in that position! But i got a lot to lose down there.
Mr. E climbs up with Claffey, throwing two hard punches to the cranium before setting up for a superplex. Claffey comes to life as soon as he’s lifted, hammering Mr. E’s ribs with a series of forearms. Mr. E’s arms waver as he loses his balance. Claffey shoves him and Mr. E crashes hard to the mat. Claffey leaps off, landing across Mr. E’s throat yet again with a guillotine leg drop! Claffey drapes himself across Mr. E, hooking the near leg.

No! Mr. E with a kick out.
Poe- I thought Claffey had it, I really did.
Goodman- Mr. E is still breathing, this one isn’t over!
Claffey is up, standing in the corner with his arms craned. Mr. E staggers up and Claffey springs forward, applying his choke setup for the Tiger Clutch. Mr. E fights it, throwing whirlwind like elbows. He connects with one on Claffey’s jaw sending him into the ropes. Claffey comes off and Mr. E nails him with a beautiful standing dropkick. The fans begin cheering as Mr. E feels the warm breeze of a second wind. Mr. E is up, calling Claffey on. Claffey gets up and Mr. E plants him with a high impact spine buster into a cover.

2…
NO! Claffey with his left shoulder up at the last possible second! Mr. E staggers Claffey with a right hand then sends him to the ropes. He catches him on the rebound with a Hurrancuranaand hooks for the cover.

Goodman- Claffey is upset by the young man we know so little about.
Poe- Claffey may never live this one down.

Kendra Wing-Introducing first from San Antonio, Texas at 6’5” and 275 lbs. He is a former MWA World Champion. He is the “Legendary” Sean McBride!
The guitar riffs to “After Me” by Saliva begin to play and the lights go out. Then there are red, green and blue lights appear at the stage. Sean McBride comes out with a bottle of water in his left hand. Sean takes a drink of water, then pours a little on his head and then gets pumped up and heads to the ring. Sean then turns the corner and goes to the camera side of the ring and takes a drink of water and tosses the bottle into the crowd. Sean then stands on the apron as a spotlight is trained on him from above and he then starts to hunch, then he raises his arms over his head and spits water straight into the air, then looks forward and exhales. He steps through the ropes and goes to the far corner and does the same arm raise pose. He then steps down and stretches with the ropes.
Kendra Wing- And his opponent from Indianapolis, Indiana at 5’11” and 210 lbs this is Donovan Faro!
The lights dim as fog rolls from the back, out steps a figure a black hood covers his face, with the exception of his eyes, he wears a sleeveless Judo Gi and black hakama pants, the right leg has a blue flame. Around the shoulders is a black cloth with japanese kanji embroidered in blue thread. Across the back of the gi is airbrushed artwork of the Grim Reaper, across the top of the art are the words American Demon. Crossed behind him attached to a shoulder harness are an American Flag and a Japanese Flag. Donovan walks through the fog and slowly hops onto the apron and climbs up to the top turnbuckle, he peers out to the crowd as he rips the mask from his face showing everyone the highly detailed face paint, his left hand goes to his throat and immediately the green mist emits from his mouth into the air.
Donovan continues the early assault with a barrage of chops, forearms, and European uppercuts. McBride is reeling already when Donovan grabs a side headlock. McBride pushes Donovan into the ropes and sends him running to the other side. McBride drops down as Donovan jumps over him. Donovan bounces off the ropes from where he began and goes for a clothesline as McBride hops back up. McBride is quick to duck, however. This time McBride runs to the other side and expects Donovan to do the same. However, Faro hangs onto the ring ropes and stops where he is, just as McBride is in mid-air with a spear attempt. McBride finds nothing but ring mat…
Goodman- Smart move from Faro there! He seems to have McBride scouted.
Poe- Well McBride is a well known name in the business and he’s got power to go along with his ability. Faro is more of an unknown. He needs to be more prepared and so far it looks like he is!
Faro doesn’t let McBride get up as he connects with a short dropkick right to McBride’s face as he lifts it off the mat. McBride clutches his face as Donovan drops a leg right on the back of McBride’s head. That doesn’t help McBride’s face as it smashes against the canvas. McBride tries to get back up, but once he gets to his knees, Donovan is right there again. Donovan runs and grabs McBride in a cradle move to pin his shoulders to the mat. Referee, Scotty Dillon, gets down to the mat to count the fall…

No! KICKOUT by McBride!!!
Both men attempt to get to their feet with Donovan the first to get there. A quick knee to McBride’s gut as him doubled over once more. Donovan grabs McBride in a front facelock and hooks onto his shorts. He lifts him into the air. This time, Donovan drops him to the mat with a simple vertical suplex.
Goodman- I don’t know if McBride expected this. He has been thrown off of his game here tonight!
Poe- You should know that McBride won’t go down this easy or this early! He’s got too much pride to go out like that.
Faro floats over from the vertical suplex and back on top of McBride. He then quickly wraps his legs around McBride’s head for a Figure-Four headlock to wear him down. Scotty Dillon gets down to check to that this doesn’t slip into a chokehold. Meanwhile, Faro applies more pressure to McBride’s head. Out of the corner of his eye, McBride sees his only hope. The ring ropes are nearby and he reaches out for them. Donovan tries to drag him away from them, but McBride already has the ropes to break it. Donovan gets off of McBride as he gets up, McBride backs him head right back into the groin region of Faro…
Goodman- What the HELL was that?!
Poe- What? I didn’t see anything!
Goodman- Low blow from McBride! And referee, Scotty Dillon, is laying the law to McBride!
McBride climbs up to his feet. Meanwhile, Donovan is slumped down in the corner trying to recover. McBride is ready to give Donovan a dose of what he got earlier. Before Faro can rest too much, McBride runs at Donovan and buries a knee right into the face of Donovan. Faro falls on the mat now. McBride lays into him with some well-placed stomps. Now McBride gets down on the mat and lands some punches to Donovan’s head. He drags Faro back to his feet and hits a belly-to-belly suplex. An elbow drop now from McBride. McBride applies a camel clutch now, but adds his own spin to it. He uses both of his knees to poke at Donovan’s back, while he wrenches on Donovan’s head…
Goodman- Some innovative stuff from McBride here!
McBride knows Donovan won’t give up, so he lets go of the hold. He brings Donovan back to his feet and grabs Donovan from behind. McBride goes for a German suplex, but Faro elbows McBride in the mouth. McBride is not dazed long as McBride nails Faro. This time McBride grabs Donovan and hooks him up and delivers a pump-handle slam. McBride is quick to make the cover, while Dillon counts the pin…

No! KICKOUT by Faro!!! McBride picks up Donovan and rams his shoulder into the turnbuckles. He spins Donovan around and puts him between his legs. He goes for a piledriver or a powerbomb, but Donovan hangs onto the nearby ropes, preventing anything from happening. McBride pounds on Donovan’s back and lifts him up for a powerbomb…
Goodman- McBride’s Ride maybe?!
Poe- You know he wants to hit that move and end it right here.
Donovan punches on McBride’s head and his grip is released! Once Donovan is free, he drops down and grabs McBride’s head in a front facelock and spins around to hit a modified tornado DDT on McBride. McBride’s head bounced off the mat. Donovan slowly crawls towards McBride and covers him for a pinning attempt…

No! SHOULDER UP by McBride!!!
Faro rolls off and is climbs up to a standing position. McBride is almost up right after him. A kick to the gut by Donovan and he hip tosses McBride into the air. He quickly grabs McBride’s head with the other arm and coverts the hip toss into a DDT…
Goodman- Now there is some innovation for you!
Poe- Tru Dat! He pulled that move out his ass there.
Faro sees that McBride is down and maybe out, so he heads outside towards the top ropes. He climbs up and waits. McBride is starting to move, so Donovan waits to make a move from up top. McBride gets to his feet, not knowing what is about to happen. However, maybe he does out of the corner of his eye. Faro leaps off the top and goes for a spin wheel kick, but McBride catches him. The momentum is too much for both men as they go rumbling into the ropes. Donovan shifts his body around into position for a headscissors and drags McBride over the top ropes and to the floor. The momentum brings Donovan out with him as well…
Goodman- Both men just went to the arena floor in a heap!
ONE..
TWO..
THREE..
Scotty Dillon has begun to give both men a ten count outside…
FOUR..
FIVE..
Faro is the first one to stumble to his feet. McBride tries to shake off the last move, and Donovan helps it up…
SIX..
SEVEN..
Donovan rolls McBride back into the ring to break the count from the ref. Donovan is next in, except he climbs to the top ropes. Donovan waits for a few seconds for McBride to get to his feet. McBride turns around to see Faro flying towards him with a missile dropkick. McBride sidesteps Donovan’s move and grabs his legs out of mid-air. He turns that right into a slingshot move that sends Donovan up and crashing to the mat face-first. McBride gets up and drags Donovan back up. He grabs him from behind and lifts Donovan up in a torture rack. McBride then turns it into the Crash landing! A cover

No! SHOULDER UP by Faro!!
Goodman- McBride almost had that one there! This guy Faro is turning our heads tonight.
Poe- You got that right Wally. The UKWA ain’t going away easy!
McBride picks up Donovan off the mat and throws him into the corner. McBride runs in and smashes Faro in the corner with a clothesline. McBride grabs Donovan around the throat and tosses him out of the corner. He waits for Faro to get back up. And just as Donovan is about to get up, McBride runs at Faro and hits the Lariat. McBride walks around for a few seconds, soaking in the boos from the crowd. He loves it. Finally, he stands and drags a thumb across his throat meaning it is time for the McBride’s Ride. He grabs Donovan and sets him up. He lifts him up, but somehow Faro keeps rolling. He rolled up and over and down McBride’s back, hooking him in a sunset flip pin. The ref is there for the count…

No! Sean kicks out and drops the quickly rising Faro. McBride with a kick to the gut and he takes a page out of his bag of tricks and nails the Legendary Finish(Pedigree)! He rolls Faro over and covers

3!!! McBride with the big time win and their is one more notch on Team MWA’s side.
Goodman- Hard to believe that the MWA would owe so much to Sean McBride this day.
Poe- Yeah well he had a choice. Do his damn job or I put my size 16 boot in his ass and break it off.

“Techno-Syndrome” begins tapping through the speakers, the lights slowly fading to near-black. Laser-lights begin flaring out across the arena, pulsing in time with the music. Smoke swirls over the entryway, coiling thick for a moment… before a red beam shines through it, and a cloaked figure steps out onto the stage.
Jenny Starr- Ladies and Gentlemen. This match is scheduled for one fall. Making his way to the ring at this time, from parts unknown. He stands at 6 feet tall and weighs 225lbs. He represents the UKWA… JASON DYNE!!
Dyne strides down the walkway without hesitation, the rough brown cloak flaring behind him, metallic staff clacking across the grating. Red light pulses steadily from his hood as he walks,a glaring ruby lens set into the metallic half-mask covering his face, like metal plating covering his arm and thigh.
Mayo- Dyne sure knows how to make an entrance, Dan.
Dan- That he does, Mayo. But he’s yet to make a real impact in the UKWA. Maybe tonight he can kick start his career!
Reaching the ring, Dyne hands his staff off to an attendant. Stripping off his cloak and armor, Dyne saves the mask for last, unclasping it from his face and handing it off. Sliding into the ring, Dyne turns to kneel in the corner, bowing his head and waiting on his opponent.
Jenny Starr- And his oponent from Hardiccum by way of Ocean City, Maryland at 6’2″ and 240 lbs, he is the former MWA World Champion and the current Union King, this is the “Hard One” Ran Smith!
[The arena goes dark and the beginning organ of “Line Em Up” by Freeway starts to play. Then there are 4 snare hits, when the fifth happens a large blue flame comes up in front of the enrtyway. When it goes down, the lights come back on and the crowd is on their feet as Ran Smith is standing in it’s place. Wearing a blue hoody, a black tie over it, blue and white And1 shorts and some black Nike Air Force 2’s.]
Jason Dyne leaps out of the ring to meet Ran and the two brawl in the aisle, referee Baz Collins forced to start the match.
DING DING DING
Mayo- Dyne not waiting to get laid into Ran Smith here, Dan.
Dan- Jason senses a roll for the UKWA! They’re 2-1 already tonight!
Ran sends a chop to the chest of Dyne which knocks the smaller man back into the ring apron. Dyne trips Smith and goes to ram his head into the ringpost, but Smith escapes and then grabs Dyne, rolling him into the ring. Ran slides in after Dyne, pulls him to his feet and looks for a hip-toss, but Dyne reverses it, Ran reverses the reversal and then Dyne reverses again. Both men back away from each other as the crowd go wild.
Mayo- Nice display of wrestling from Ran Smith and Jason Dyne!
Dan- Yeah, this match could prove to be ok after all!
The two men again hook up and Smith looks for a suplex, but Dyne floats out of it and into a German Suplex,

Ran Smith kicks out. Dyne waits for Smith to get back to his feet then dropkicks him before heading to the top rope. Dyne looks for a Corckscrew Moonsault but Ran moves out of the way. Dyne realises that Smith has moved and lands on his feet, quickly ducking a big kick from Ran. Ran grabs Dyne and whips him into the corner, but Dyne floats up over Smith as he charges in. Dyne then grabs Smith and looks for another German Suplex, Ran manages to kick up a leg and hits Dyne in the groin. Dyne goes down and Smith goes for a pin.

Dan- Kickout from Dyne.
Mayo- Nice get out from the Union King, Ran Smith, though. Almost gained the three.
Dyne is up again and rushes in for Ran, who plants Dyne to the mat with a big Spinebuster, and follows up with a series of elbow drops and a kick to the groin. Baz Collins warns Smith as Dyne gets back to his feet. Dyne whips Ran to the ropes and takes him down with a big belly-to-belly suplex. Dyne puts Ran on the turnbuckle and nails a Superplex, following up with a pin attempt for a two count.
Mayo- That big move not enough to put Ran Smith away!
Ran dodges a clothesline from Dyne and grabs him from behind, nailing a falling reverse DDT. Dyne kicks out of the resultant pin attempt at one and a half. Dyne manages to whip Smith into the corner and unloads with several knife-edge chops, but Ran powers his way back out and slams Dyne to the mat with a Michinoku Driver. Ran nails a Front Russian Leg-Sweep. Ran pulls Jason back to his feet. He hoists Dyne into the air and nails a big Implant DDT before heading to the top rope. Ran signals to the crowd as he connects with a Head butt! He makes a cover,

Mayo- Kick-out!
Dan- Now Smith’s turn to almost get the 1-2-3! He wants to kick start the night for the MWA, that’s for sure!
Ran whips Dyne into the ropes, and looks for a spinebuster, but Jason slides under the legs of his opponent, nailing a German Suplex. A bridge…

Kick-out. Dyne grabs Ran and looks for a Hurricanrana, which Ran reverses into a Powerbomb variation! He makes a cover,

Kick-out from Jason Dyne. Dyne powers his way back to his feet, laying in some big right hands to The Union King. He goes to whip Ran into the ropes, but blocks it and seizes his chance for The Hard Way!! (Suplex into Tombstone)
Dan- Ran with the cover!!

Jenny Starr- Your winner, The Union King, RAN SMITH!!
Mayo- And the MWA gets their second win of the evening!
Dan- Damn!

We cut backstage to see Mary Jane in her locker room. She is wearing her new ring attire which consists of a shiny red halter top, matching red shorts and black boots. She is talking on her cell phone to her twin brother, Ecstacy.
MJ- I don’t know, Ecstacy. I haven’t had the chance to call my insurance company . . . . Everyone was okay. A few minor injuries, but nothing serious. . . . Yes, I know how close it was. I mean, not only could something have happened to me, but what if Jack had gotten hurt? . . .
We cut to see Jack Griggs walking around through the hallways, still in his ring gear. He looks very nervous, as if something is weighing heavily on his mind. Alone and pacing through the halls, he begins to talk to himself.
Jack- Oh, damn. This can’t wait any longer. I have to let her know now. Especially after what happened today when we were working out. I need to tell her how I feel, before something happens and I don’t get the chance. Damnit, where is that room at?
We cut back into MJ’s dressing room. She is still on the phone with Ecstacy.
MJ- Yes, Ex. . . . I love him. I know it now and I’m going to tell him. . . Tonight.
We again cut to see Jack as he picks up the pace of his walking, looking down hallways. He eventually finds the right door, and knocks on it. The door opens and there stands Mary Jane. She looks at him in shock and can tell by the look on his face that something’s up. She speaks back into the phone, not taking her curious eyes off of Jack.
MJ- Ex, I’ll call you back.
She hangs up the phone, still looking at Jack.
MJ- You okay?
Jack- I’m sorry, I wasn’t interrupting, was I?
MJ is suddenly nervous and seems confused for a moment wondering what he could be thinking he interrupted, and remembers that she was just on the phone with Ecstacy.
MJ- What? . . Oh, no. It was just Ecstacy, I’ll talk to him later. You look like you’re all worked up. Is everything okay?
Jack- Well, it is, and it isn’t.
MJ- What do you mean?
Jack- It is, because I have a chance to tell you this. But it’s not, because it took what happened today to bring this out in me.
MJ’s heart skips a beat, wondering what exactly it is that Jack is talking about. Could this be good or bad? She wants to tell him how she feels right now, but she decides to let him go first. If he says what she thinks he’s going to, then she would feel like an idiot if she just came right out and told him. She looks at him nervously and tries to keep up the “just friends” facade.
MJ- Jack, you can tell me anything. What’s going on?
Jack- Well…um….oh, boy, this is harder to get out than I thought. Well, you know, we have become very good friends over the past several weeks. And um…..
Mary Jane nods and Jack starts to sweat, unsure of how to say what he wants to say. MJ has to fight every urge within her to wrap her arms around Jack and tell him about her feelings for him before he can say what she’s dreading to hear, that he just wants to be friends. She notices that he’s sweating nervously and looks at him with concern.
MJ- Do you need some water?
Before Jack can answer, MJ goes over to the sink in the locker room and fills a glass with cold water and chugs it down herself, trying to calm her own nerves.
Jack- Um, MJ, are you OK?
MJ looks up at him with a mouthful of water. She gulps it down and wipes her mouth.
MJ- Yeah, it just got hot in here all of a sudden.
Drips of sweat are now forming on MJ’s brow as well as Jack’s.
Jack- Yeah, it did. Can I get a little water, please?
MJ realizes that she rudely forgot to get Jack a drink. She shakes her head and snaps to it.
MJ- Oh, sorry.
She fills the glass back up with water and hands it over to Jack. He begins to gulp it down quickly.
MJ- Okay, now what were you saying?
Jack sets the glass down on the sink.
Jack- You know, this just isn’t cooling me down enough. Maybe we should go outside and get some air. That should help.
MJ’s breathing has become nervous and heavy as she wipes the sweat from her forehead. No matter what he tells her, she is going to get this off her chest tonight.
MJ- Yeah, fresh air sounds good.
They exit MJ’s locker room and walk down the hallway towards the exit at a fast pace, both of them feeling as if they will suffocate if they stay in the building for another second. Jack opens the door for her and follows her outside, where a display of fireworks can be seen from across town. They both stop for a moment, watching them as they light up the sky. Jack looks over to Mary Jane and watches the look on her face as the brightness of the fire works illuminates her face with color. Suddenly, all the nervousness seems to be gone for both of them.
Jack- MJ, I think I remember what to say now.
Jack shows a warm, loving smile to MJ. She turns to him and smiles back, hoping to hear what she’s been waiting for.
MJ- What is it, Jack?
Jack takes MJ by the hands and looks her in the eyes.
Jack- Mary Jane, when we got to know each other, I knew I found a close friend and a kindred spirit. We share so many interests, and you are such a good, kind-hearted person. Slowly but surely, that friendship grew stronger, and a couple of weeks back, something more began to develop. When I stayed with you in your suite in New York, feelings began to come up that were great, yet painful at the same time. Painful, because they reminded me of how I felt when I met Amy. But great because that meant I was over Amy, and I was feeling something very special for you.
Jack takes a deep breath, and moves closer to MJ’s face, staring at her as he continues to speak. Mary Jane returns the gaze, hanging on every word coming from Jack’s lips.
Jack- That feeling continued to grow and grow, and I knew the night that we went on our dates that I wanted to be with you only. But I didn’t how you felt. Because you were drunk, I didn’t want to take advantage of you that night. Then, the next week, when we went dancing, I wanted to tell you again, but when you backed away when I tried to kiss you, I thought for sure you didn’t want me in that way. So, I kept it inside again. But now, seeing you in all your beauty, and seeing this beautiful lit-up sky, I know this is the right time to tell you. Mary Jane, You’re the first think I think about when I wake up, and you’re in my mind all day. When I’m not with you, I can’t wait till I get to see you again. I don ‘t want to spend a minute without you, sweetie. Mary Jane, I…
With tears in her eyes, Mary Jane gently places her fingers on Jack’s mouth, gently silencing him.
MJ- Shhh.
She looks him in the eyes and whispers.
MJ- I feel the same way about you, Jack.
Jack sees the tears of joy in her eyes, some of which have trickled down her right cheek. He smiles softly at her as he uses his thumb to wipe them away. He takes her hands in one of his and holds them close to his chest. He puts the other hand on her face, caressing her cheek and she nuzzles into it. As the fireworks display bursts in the sky with a grand finale, they slowly lean into a kiss that starts out soft and gentle. The passion they feel for each other is evident as the kiss builds and Mary Jane gets on her tip toes, wrapping her arms tightly around Jack. Jack kneels down, putting his arms around her and lifts her off the ground, spinning her once and setting her back down. As their lips part, they rest their foreheads together, both smiling and laughing giddily as the colors burst in the sky.

Kendra- Ladies and gentlemen… The following contest is a Fatal 4-Way Match and it is scheduled for one fall… Introducing first…
The house lights go down as the Millennium Scope flickers into life. The image of a cloud-shrouded graveyard is seen, the camera weaving through headstones until it comes to one with two lines of glowing green letters. As the camera zooms in, we’re able to see that those lines of letters spell out a name- “Sadistic Insanity” Damian Payne. The camera zooms out seconds before a bolt of lightning strikes the ground before the headstone. A fist pushes its way through the dirt where the lightning bolt struck, then opens. Payne’s name flashes across the screen as Limp Bizkit’s “Nookie (Androids vs Las Putas remix)” begins to play over the PA system. Images of Payne in various matches over his career are shown.
Kendra- Representing the UKWA… He hails from Denver, Colorado and weighs in at 295 pounds…
The 6’9″ Denver native steps out onto the entrance ramp wearing a pair of black boots, knee-length denim shorts, a pair of black elbow pants and a black t-shirt, “Sadistic Insanity” in bright orange letters on the front. His shoulder-length brown hair is curly and he has a goatee.
Kendra- Here is DAMIAN PAYNE!
Payne stands onstage, glaring at the crowd, who’s booing him mercilessly. He walks down to the ring and stands there for a moment, glaring at Kendra. From this vantage point, we can see that the back of his t-shirt has “ChokeBomb Central – Hell Has Relocated!!” captioned on the back. He slides into the ring, runs over to the nearest corner and takes his shirt off, throwing it into the crowd. Moments later, his shirt is thrown back into the ring.
Dan- Here we are again, Mayo. And the UKWA and MWA are currently ties 2-2!
Mayo- An unbelievable night here in Madison. Can this man, Damian Payne, notch up another win for the UKWA?
Kendra- His first opponent also represents the UKWA…
Without fanfare, Ed Sharples steps out onto the stage, the UKWA Internet Championship slung over his shoulder. A pair of shades on his face, a pair of black wrestling tights and a pair of boots serves as his ring attire. His wrists are taped as he heads to the ring. Hair disheveled, generally looking a bit unkempt, Sharples seems to care less about the fans jeering him as he walks to the ring.
Kendra- He hails from Rugeley, England and weighs in at 271 pounds… He is the UKWA Internet Champion… ED SHARPLES!
Sharples makes it to the ring area, makes a show of walking up the ring steps. He stops on the apron, walks to the center of the apron with his back to the inside of the ring, and mugs for the crowd, holding the Internet Championship in the air for all to see before actually entering the ring between the second and top ropes.
Mayo- Or could The Man prove himself and pull out the win here.
Dan- Our Internet Champion is one tough son of a gun, Mayo. I wouldn’t bet against him.
Kendra- Their opponent is no stranger to the MWA… A former MWA Champion… 3-time former MWA Heritage Champion… Ladies and gentlemen, here is STEVE HUGHES!
Dan- But then I wouldn’t want to bet against Hughes, either. I’ve seen this guy wrestle, Mayo, he’s good.
Hughes makes his way to the ring, eyes locked on Sharples and Payne. He stands on the outside, glaring at the two men as Kendra makes her final announcement.
Kendra- The final participant in this match…
Seether’s “Out of My Way” begins to play over the PA system.
Kendra- From Silver City and weighing in at 275 pounds, here is JNC!
Dan- And then there’s JNC. He’s no slouch either, Mayo.
JNC heads to the ring, stops alongside Hughes. The two seem to be talking with each other for a moment as Payne and Sharples stand side by side in the ring. JNC and Hughes rush the ring, where Sharples and Payne greet them with a series of boots to the back.
DING DING DING
Mayo- Looks like we’re underway here, folks!
Payne and JNC have paired up, as have Sharples and Hughes. Payne whips Hughes into the nearest corner, charges in for a clothesline, only to have Hughes plant a right foot into his face. Payne charges once again, this time falling victim to a well-timed elbow to the jaw. Hughes scores with a swinging neckbreaker, then straddles Payne and connects with a series of right fists to the face. Sharples is faring a bit better against JNC in the opening moments, having him backed in a corner and pummeling him with a series of fists to the face. Sharples scoops JNC up and drops him face-first on the top turnbuckle. As JNC reels from the blow, Sharples applies a waistlock from behind, tosses him with a released German suplex. Sharples runs against the ropes, drops a quick leg across JNC’s sternum, then goes for a lateral press.
1…!
Mayo- Kickout by JNC.
Dan- And an easy one too, Mayo. It’s too early for that…
Sharples gets JNC to his feet, whips him into the ropes. JNC ducks underneath a clothesline, but falls victim for a well-placed knee to the midsection. Sharples rocks JNC with a right to the jaw, then picks him up and slams him hard to the mat. Sharples drops a knee to JNC’s head, then goes for a lateral press. Hughes, seeing the cover, runs over and drops an elbow to the back of Sharples’ head. Hughes backs Sharples against the ropes, whips, Sharples, only to hold on to the arm and bury his knee into Sharples’ midsection. Hughes picks Sharples up and slams him, then comes off the ropes with an elbow drop.
Dan- This match really is going to be a tough one to call.
Mayo- All four men capable, and the MWA twosome needing a win to put their team in front on the night!
Hughes and JNC begin a double-team on Sharples, using their familiarity as tag-team partners in the past to get the upper hand. A double Irish whip results in a high back drop, which is followed up by a double clothesline. As Payne gets to his feet in the corner, Hughes whips JNC into the corner, Payne being rocked by a clothesline. JNC moves out of the way, allowing Hughes to connect with a shoulder barge to Payne’s midsection. JNC rocks Payne with a blow to the jaw, then applies a reverse chinlock. JNC sits Payne up on the top turnbuckle, then superplexes him, which is followed by a running elbow from Hughes. As Hughes makes a cover, JNC immediately grabs him by the leg, pulling him off Payne. JNC shoves, Hughes. Hughes shoves JNC, and they start trading blows. JNC whips Hughes into the ropes, nails him in the face with a boot to the face. JNC bounces off the ropes, falls thanks to a forearm shot to the side of the head from Sharples. Sharples grabs JNC and tosses him out of the ring, over the top rope. As Hughes gets to his feet, Sharples gets a running start and rocks him with a clothesline. Hughes gets back to his feet again, gets dropped by another Sharples clothesline.
Mayo- The Man is doing well here tonight, Dan.
Dan- Yeah, he’s a new man. Not like the Sharples we’ve seen recently in the UKWA!
JNC is favoring his back on the outside, Payne is shaking off the cobwebs after the superplex/running elbow combo. Sharples whips Hughes into the ropes, backs against the ropes closest to him (where JNC is standing), and gets tripped up by JNC. JNC pulls Sharples out to the ringside area and nails him with an uppercut. JNC whips Sharples toward the barricade, has it reversed and goes crashing into the barricade himself. Sharples walks up to him, picks him up and drops him throat-first across the barricade. Sharples continually rams JNC’s head against the barricade as Hughes and Payne trade fists inside the ring. Payne whips Hughes into the ropes and scores with a spinebuster slam. He picks Hughes up, applies a waistlock and throws him with a released Northern Lights suplex. Payne seems to be building momentum, picks Hughes up and whips him into the ropes. Payne scores with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker, then covers Hughes. Hughes kicks out at 2. Payne whips Hughes hard into the corner, Hughes crumples to the mat on all fours. Payne walks over to Hughes and applies a Camel Clutch.
Dan- Nice work from Payne.
Mayo- Working on the back of Steve Hughes at the moment.
Back on the outside, Sharples is trying to choke JNC out with a mic cord when he notices that Payne has the Camel Clutch applied. Sharples slides into the ring from behind and nails Payne in the back of the head with a good, stiff kick. Sharples rolls Payne over for a cover, has a near-fall broken up by Hughes. Hughes and Sharples trade knife-edge chops, with Sharples getting the upper hand, Sharples nails Hughes with a jawbreaker, follows it up with an inverted atomic drop. Sharples gets a head of steam and nails Hughes with a HARD clothesline, Hughes’ momentum forcing him out of the ring. Sharples, feeling like he’s got the match well in hand, walks over to Payne and grabs him by the hair, pulling him up to his knees. Sharples applies a standing head scissors, wraps his arms around Payne’s waist. Sharples hoists Payne into the air, planting him with a snap powerbomb. Before Sharples can even attempt a cover, he gets a taste of Sweet Cherry Pie.
Dan- JNC makes a cover!
Mayo- 1…! 2…! Thr…! NO…!
Dan- Sharples just BARELY manages to kick out!!!
JNC sees his spot, applies a standing head scissors to Sharples and hoists him in the air. As soon as he’s got Sharples at the highest point, he gets clipped from behind by Hughes. Sharples falls right on top of JNC, which prompts the referee to get into position.
1…!
2…!
JNC kicks out. Hughes was going for a double axe-handle to break up the count, resulting in him nailing JNC instead of Sharples. Sharples is trying to shake off the cobwebs as Hughes goes for a cover on JNC.
1…!
JNC kicks out with a vengeance. Payne is crawling to a corner, Sharples is crawling toward the opposite corner and Hughes and JNC are both getting to their feet near the center of the ring. Hughes and JNC run against the ropes… Hughes ducks under a clothesline attempt… Hughes and JNC appear to crack heads.
Seeing their opening, both Sharples and Payne attempt covers. The referee is somewhat confused as to what to do. Positions himself in the center and counts with both hands.
1…!
2…!
Dan- Both Hughes and JNC kick out!!!
Mayo- This is madness, Dan. Utter madness!
Dan- Yeah. Don’t you just love it?
Payne picks JNC up and whips him into the corner. Payne gets a head of steam… And nails a shoulder into the corner post, thanks to JNC moving out of the way in the nick of time. Meanwhile, Sharples attempts to whip Hughes into the ropes… Hughes reverses… Hughes charges after Sharples, who pulls the top rope down, sending Hughes tumbling over the top rope. Hughes’ head bounces precariously off the ring apron before he hits the floor. Hughes seems to be out cold on the outside. JNC is standing in wait for Payne to stand up in the corner… SWEET CHERRY PIE! We get a cover…!
1…!
2…!
Mayo- Sharples breaks up the count with a leg drop to the back of JNC’s head.
Dan- The end is near, Mayo, I can sense it!
Sharples rolls Payne out of the ring, then goes for a cover on JNC.
1…!
2…!
JNC kicks out once again. Sharples is frustrated now and he moves over to the nearest corner. He starts unraveling the rope for the top turnbuckle pad. As he does so, JNC reaches into his trunks for something with his right hand. The referee sees Ed trying to remove the turnbuckle pad and admonishes him. As he does so, Ed pulls a pair of brass knucks out of his pants. Ed picks JNC up and takes a swing, which JNC blocks. JNC connects with his punch, which knocks Ed flat to the mat. JNC falls onto Sharples, his right hand between his body and Sharples. Referee gets into position.
Mayo- 1…!
Payne sees the lateral press and slides into the ring as quickly as he can muster (considering he’s trying to shake off the effects of Sweet Cherry Pie).
Mayo- 2…!
Dan- 3…!
Payne drops a double axe-handle on JNC, but too late.
DING DING DING
Kendra- Ladies and gentlemen… Here is your winner… Jonah N Cherry!!!!!
Dan- No, damn it! The MWA gets the win!
Mayo- And with things as they are, the MWA lead by 3-2!

Kendra Wing- This next match is set for one fall. From Minneapolis, Minnesota, weighing in at 129 pounds… she is the ICW Women’s Champion, April!”
The arena goes completely black with a loud pop, like the flicking of a switch. The crowd buzzes in anticipation about what is to take place next. A bright pink light shoots down from the top of the entrance ramp, and the figure of a woman appears in its wake. As the first notes of “Bounce” by Sarah Connor begin to play, the figure dances seductively to the music. As soon as the intro is done, she turns around and the lights come back on, along with magenta pyrotechnics shooting up from either side of the ramp. Once the smoke clears, the woman is revealed to be the sexy April. She is rather pumped up and excited, wearing silver track pants, a black tank top and white sneakers. As April makes her way down to the ring, she slaps the hands of the fans. She slides in and greets the crowd.
Mayo- One of the hired hands brought in by the UKWA… a women’s champion from the ICW!
Dan- Let’s hope she can do for the UKWA the same thing that Mr E did earlier tonight, pick up an all important win!
Kendra Wing-And her opponent, from Chicago, Illinois at 5’8″ and 145 lbs, the former Hell Champion and the new MWA Heritage Champion. This is Mary Jane!
Dan- This is one tough woman, Mayo.
Mayo- Sure is, April’s gonna have her work cut out!
[The arena is dark as we hear the beginning lyrics of 32 Flavors by Alana Davis . . ]
Squint your eyes and look closer . .
I’m not between you and your ambition . .
I am a poster girl with no poster . .
I am 32 flavors and then some
As the music filters through the arena, sparks fly from the back of the stage. We can see the sillouette of a woman with a fist above her head. As the sparks die down, more spark fly from the corners of the ring and the stage and the arena lights come back up and we see the woman as Mary Jane. She looks around at her fans with a smile on her face. As she comes down the ramp, she slaps five and shakes hands with as many fans as she can. She slides into the ring and acknowledges the fans from each corner of the ring.
DING DING DING
Mayo- Ok, let’s get it on!
The two ladies stand there, staring at each other for a moment. Mary Jane then smiles and holds out her right hand. April looks at it for a moment, then takes it and the two respectfully shake hands. They both step back for a moment, then they lock up. Using her slightly larger size to her advantage, Mary Jane powers April into a corner of the ring. She delivers a few chops to the chest to stun April. Mary Jane then runs to the other corner and dashes with an attempt at a corner handspring moonsault body press. As she lands in for the handspring, April manages to kick her in the back. Mary Jane lets herself fall to the mat, holding her back in pain. April then grabs Mary Jane’s arm and gets her up to her feet and applies a side headlock to deliver a Bulldog, bringing Mary Jane to the mat. Mary Jane rolls over as April runs to the ropes and back, dropping a leg onto MJ. April stands up and then drops an elbow onto MJ, then goes for the pin.
1..
2..
Mayo- NO! Mary Jane kicks out.
Dan- But only just, Mayo. April almost sneaked it there!
April climbs the ropes while MJ is down in the ring. From the top rope, she goes for the Crash and Burn (flying elbow drop), but MJ rolls out of the way causing April to land hard on her elbow.
Mayo- High-risk maneuver doesn’t pay off for April.
Dan- She may regret that later!
While April is holding her elbow, Mary Jane gets to her feet and applies an arm scissors submission on the injured arm of April. April screams in pain as the ref checks to see if she’s ready to give up. April refuses and manages to reach the ropes. Mary Jane breaks the hold.
Mayo- MJ spotting an opening, and going to work on that injured arm!
April is to her feet, holding onto her elbow. Mary Jane gets in a kick to the chest and goes for a Suplex, but April wriggles her way out and shoves Mary Jane into the turnbuckle chest first. Mary Jane takes a step back only to have her head rammed into the turnbuckle by April. Mary Jane turns around and is met with several chops by April. April gets MJ in a side headlock and manages to deliver the Suplex MJ couldn’t follow through with. Mary Jane grabs at her back in pain as April goes for the cover.
1..
2..
Mayo- NO!!
Dan- Again, Mary Jane gets a shoulder up!
April stands up and drops a leg down on Mary Jane and goes for the cover again.
1..
2..
Mayo- NO!! Mary Jane gets her shoulder up again, this time hitting April in the head!!
While April is dazed, Mary Jane stands to her feet. She climbs the turnbuckle to the top. April stands up trying to shake the cobwebs and Mary Jane leaps off with a Body Press, catching April and landing her in the center of the ring. Mary Jane goes for the cover.
1…
2…
NO! Kick out by April. Mary Jane stands up and goes for a standing moonsault, landing it perfectly. She tries again for the cover.
1….
2….
NO! April manages to get her shoulder up.
Dan- Some great action here, Mayo. So many near falls I’ve lost count! This is great!!
Mary Jane stands and waits for April to get to her feet. Once she does they lock up. Mary Jane Irish Whips April to the ropes and meets her in the center with a drop kick. Mary Jane runs into the ropes herself and goes to drop the leg onto April, but April rolls out of the way, causing MJ to land on her rear end. MJ rolls over and grabs it in pain. April gets MJ up to her feet and tries for a Twist of Fate, but MJ shoves April back into the ropes. On rebound, MJ nails April with a superkick. As April is out on the mat, Mary Jane climbs the turnbuckle to the top and waits for her to get up.
Dan- I sense the end, Mayo. It looks like another MWA win here…
April begins to stir. Once April is to her feet, Mary Jane leaps off the turnbuckle for the Hypnosis (top rope somersault rana). She spins through the air and lands on Aprils shoulders.
Mayo- POWERBOMB!!!
Dan- My god! April just reversed that move and planted Mary Jane to the mat!!
April makes a cover, using the ropes for leverage!
1…
2…
Mayo- THREE!!!
DING DING DING
Jenny Starr- Your winner, by way of pinfall… APRIL!!
Mayo- And another win for the UKWA!!
Dan- That ties it up again at 3-3!

Kendra Wing- The next match in the Team Challenge Series pits from Death Valley, California and standing 5’10” and weighing 238 lbs, this is the 3 time MWA Hell Champion, “The Fallen Angel” Dante!
Lights dim low as the Millenium Scope flickers on to static. The Millenium scope goes bright with then fades into the form of SYN’s mask. The mask starts to rotate slowly then picks up speed as flames burst from the bottom of the screen engulfing the mask in a ball of fire. All goes black in the arena.
Psalm 69 by Ministry begins to play over the PA system as a low flames sparks from the entrance way. The flame spreads and engulfs the entire stage and ramp. Dante walks out on stage with a wicked grin on his face. He plays to the crowd as a chorus of boo’s washes over him. As Dante makes his way down the stage and down the ramp, the flames seems to die out under his feet. Dante makes it to ringside and slides into the ring.
Goodman- These men have a long history dating back to their days in the BWA.
Poe- And tonight may be their last chance to settle the score.
The bell rings and they go in and lock up, Worthington locks on a hammerlock, Dante tries to escape, Worthington cinches the hold, Dante in pain, and… he escapes backwards through Worthington’s legs, gets up and scores with a back drop to Worthington
Goodman- Good first steps for Dante. He can’t outwrestle Worthington but he can outfight him.
Poe- He probably should start taking it to the extreme. You’re right about Tim. The guy is a wrestling machine.
Dante brings Worthington to his feet, a knee to the gut, Dante flips to behind Worthington, using Worthingtons back. He sweeps his feet, and off the ropes and flips and a leg drop to the head of Worthington!!
Goodman- Dante really took off with that flip leg drop!
Poe- It’s potential like that which makes his temper such a bad habit. He could go so far if he would just keep his cool. He’s doing a good job so far.
Dante picks up Worthington, chops away, whips Worthington into the ropes and follows up with a Lariat. Worthington goes to the mat, gets back up and runs into a spear from Dante!! Dante picks him up, whips Worthington into the corner. Dante goes over to the corner and delivers an elbow to the head of Worthington, lifts him up onto the turnbuckle, and Dante climbs up their too. He goes for a superplex but Worthington reversed it into a Gourdbuster from the top rope. Tim now comes off with an elbow to the throat of Dante from the top rope!! Rolls him up
1…
2…
No! Dante gets the shoulder up!
Goodman- My God!! I thought it was all over there! I’m surprised that Dante isn’t dead!
Poe- He pulled that one out of his ass! Now he needs to finish this match off before Dante lets loose and turns this into his kind of match.
Worthington brings Dante to his feet, gives him a knee to the gut and then a forearm to the back, locks on a side headlock, holds it tight, Dante moves back to the ropes, pushes Worthington into the ropes, he comes back but Worthington with a shoulder to the head, which knocks Dante to the mat! Worthington goes for an Ankle Lock, but Dante crawls out of it and gets up using the ropes, Worthington runs in and clotheslines Dante over the top rope! Follows him out, whips Dante into the steps hard! And runs in and gives Dante a knee to the gut, picks him up above his head, holds him up there and drops him on that barricade surrounding the ring!
Goodman- Worthington is taking it right to Dante. This match means so much to him and the UKWA!
Poe- You damn right Wally. Dante is coming off a nagging injury and you should expect Worthington to press that advantage.
Tim picks up Dante to take him back to the ring but Dante pushes Tim off into the ringpost!
Goodman- Oh! That could turn the tide of this match.
Poe- Well Tim had it going his way but Dante pulled a surprise outta his ass. I can’t believe that I’m almost cheering against the MWA but I can’t bring myself to respect Dante. Not after the shit he has done in the past.
Dante grabs a TV cable and drags Worthington out into the crowd with it. He grabs a beer from a fan and downs it, then spits it into Worthington’s face. Worthington is insensed and slugs away at Dante. Dante jerks down on the cable and snapmares Worthington onto a chair, doing his already pained back no good at all. He uses the TV cable to choke Worthington, and continues to drag him to the concession area. Security holds the crowd back and Dante slams Worthington against a wall. He places Worthington’s limp body on the merchandise table and begins beating him with the chain. Dante walks away, looking for a new weapon to bludgeon the champ with. Worthington slowly shakes the cobwebs out of his addled head. He plays possum and as Dante comes over with a garbage can, Worthington quickly hops up on the table and delivers a kick, sending the trash can back into the skull of Dante.
Poe- Damn! These crackas won’t be happy until they kill each other. As long as we get a winner I guess that works for me.
Worthington pulls Dante to his feet and whips him into the doors leading out onto the Madison streets. Worthington rams the head of Dante into a fire hydrant, drawing blood. Dante blindly lashes out, crotching Tim. Both men are on their knees trading punches as they wait for their eyes to adjust to the pain. Dante gets the upper hand and pulls Worthington up. He sees a street vendor selling pretzels and rams Worthington into the man’s metal cart. He places Worthington’s head inside the steam cabinet and slams the lid closed several times. Worthington is down and rolling around in pain. Dante covers. Danny Dillon comes out of nowhere with the count

No! Worthington kicks out. Dante pulls him up and rolls him onto a parked Mini-Cooper. Dante climbs on the top of the car and attempts a legdrop on Worthington. He hits it! Cover

No! Worthington and Dante slide off the slick hood of the car before the threecount.
Poe- Well Damn! Now I’ve seen everything! Dante has been awakened!
Worthington claws at the eyes of Dante as they struggle on the pavement. Dante rakes back at the eyes of Worthington. Now Dante pulls Tim back on the car and hooks him for a DDT! But Tim punches Dante in the gut and escapes the move. He doubles Dante over and leaps high for the Hope N Glory! Worthington lands hard on the neck and head of Dante, sending Dante’s head through the windshield of the car!!!
Poe- My God! That may have killed the man!
Dillon rushes over to check it out. Dante is not moving. Worthington pulls him out of the windshield a bloody mess. He drops him to the pavement to go for the pin,

3! Worthington wins the match!
Goodman- Tim holds serve and this one is going to the wire.

Nickelback’s “Slow Motion” kicks in.
Jenny Starr- The next match is a one-on-one match, scheduled for one fall. Making his way to the ring, from Reno, Nevada… representing the UKWA, JORDAN BLAKE!!
The jumbo-tron begins to flash with blue lasers as the name “Jordan Blake” appears…his video begins as he steps out looking as cocky as ever, arms pressed to his side, smiling smuggly at the fans, shrugging them off then stepping down the aisle and into the ring.
Dan- This guy confuses me, Mayo.
Mayo- In what way?
Dan- I’ve seen official papers calling him Jordan Blake, and I’ve seen official papers calling him Blake Jordan. Which the hell is it?
Mayo- Well, he’s been announced by Jenny Starr as Jordan Blake… so we’ll go with that!
Jenny Starr- And his opponent, from right here in Madison, Wisconsin. At 5’10” and 222 lbs, he is the former MWA World Champion, the “Dreamlover” Jackie Sweets. And with him is the most desirable woman in the universe, Starlett!
Suddenly the MilleniumScope lights up once again and an eerie purple light descends on the arena. Silver lightning effects strike the top of the rampway and light up the building. The words “This is Life” sound and the MilleniumScope comes to life with a video and the song “Dreamlover” by Mariah Carey plays through the arena. At the top of the rampway appears Jackie Sweets and Starlett! Sweets wears his trademark purple robe and tights with a silver heart on the rear. Starlett and he come down to the ring, shaking hands with fans on the way. Once inside, Starlett removes Jackie’s robe to show off his chiseled abdomen. She kisses him softly and hops out of the ring. Sweets grabs her as she departs and kisses her tenderly one more time.
Mayo- Jackie Sweets can only be described as a legend, Dan.
Dan- Well he’s going to have to fight like one tonight, here in his hometown. His MWA are down 4-3 to the UKWA at the moment, and that’s not good news for Sweets!
DING DING DING
Mayo- The match is underway! Ben Smith is your referee for this one…
Sweets and Jordan hook up and Jordan gets the upper hand right away as he takes Sweets down with a swift DDT, and he follows up quickly with an ankle lock submission move. Sweets grits his teeth, and tries to reach the ropes. Sweets refuses to tap out and eventually Jordan releases the hold and starts to put the boots to Jackie. Jordan whips Sweets into the ropes and takes him down with a spinning heel kick. He follows it up with a senton splash and a cover, but Ben Smith takes a long time getting down to count and Sweets kicks out for one.
Mayo- Blake Jordan not happy with Ben Smith for that slow count!
Dan- Ah, he should know better than to argue with the referee.
Sweets gets back to his feet and grabs Jordan, taking the Infinity Dojo man down with a snap suplex. He holds onto Blake and pulls him back up, getting a second snap suplex, and then a third. Jordan is struggling all of a sudden and Sweets connects with an elbow drop. He then tries to go for an ankle lock of his own but Jordan gets a foot on the ropes. Sweets breaks the hold, even though Ben Smith didn’t seem too bothered. Just as Jordan is getting back to his feet the ring shakes a little, all three men in the ring stop for a moment.
Mayo- What the hell was that?
Dan- I have no idea, Mayo, maybe someone didn’t put the ring together properly!
Mayo- Are you questioning the MWA crew?
Dan- Er, no. Our hosts have been great… honest!
The men eventually continue the match and Sweets backs off Jordan as he gets back to his feet. Sweets attempts to whip Jordan into the corner but Blake reverses it and it’s the former MWA World Champion that ends up in the corner. Jordan sends in a knife edge chop to the chest of Sweets, getting a mild “Whooo!” from the fans. Jordan sends in another, this time harder and faster. The crowd again “Whoo!” the chop, and Jordan sends in a series of five or six more chops before one final, huge and hard chop to the now red chest of Jackie.
Mayo- Jordan sending in some very big chops to the Dreamlover here, and Jackie looks to be in a little pain!
Dan- Those chops have made his chest red raw!
Jordan sits Sweets on the turnbuckle, looking for a Superplex, but Sweets fights it off and pushes Jordan away before nailing a cross body block into a pinning combination…
One…
Two…
Mayo- Kickout from the extremely quick count.
Dan- What’s with this refereeing? Smith’s a UKWA employee, but he’s siding with Sweets in this match!
Mayo- Ben Smith senses trouble. The MWA is 4-3 down, and the hometown legend is in the ring. He wants to get out of town alive, so he may well be favouring Jackie Sweets!
Jordan verbally abuses Ben Smith, who warns Jordan on his language and threatens disqualification. Just then the ring shakes again, and Smith almost loses his balance. The three men steady themselves and eventually carry on the match.
Mayo- This is very strange, Dan.
Dan- Indeed it is, Mayo. I don’t quite know what to make of it, Madison can’t be having an earthquake or something, can it?
Sweets grabs Jordan and whips him into the turnbuckle, he charges at him but Jordan gets a boot up into his face. While he is dazed he climbs onto the middle rope and jumps at him, taking him down with a Tornado DDT. Jordan makes a cover,
One…
Two…
Kickout from Jackie.
Dan- Jordan complaining about the count again!
Blake is getting really annoyed with Ben Smith and he is at the end of his tether. He suddenly snaps…. Sa Sa Sa Sit Down! (3 Punch Combo into Upper-Cut!!) Blake nails Smith with one of his signature moves! The ring shakes again, and this time we find out why as Nick Claffey crawls out from under the ring!
Mayo- What in the hell?
Dan- Nick Claffey? What’s this welsh tosser doing out here?
Mayo- He’s the one who’s been shaking the ring! And he’s headed for Jackie Sweets!
Claffey has a chair in his hand, and nails Sweets with an almighty wallop! SMASH!!
Mayo- My god, what a shot to the face of Jackie Sweets.
Dan- The Dreamlover has been busted open, and Starlet looks on in shock from the outside!
Claffey shouts something down to a bloodied Sweets before leaving the ring again. Jordan just stood back and watched all this unfold, and he sees his opportunity to make a cover.
Dan- But Jordan nailed the referee! He’s out of things!
Mayo- This is insane, Dan!
Claffey slides back into the ring, while Blake is still covering Jackie. Claffey grabs the ref’s hand, and slaps it down on the mat.
1…
2…
3!!
DING DING DING
Jenny Starr- Your winner, from the UKWA, Jordan Blake!?
Mayo- What the hell kind of ending was that? Nick Claffey just nailed one of his MWA colleagues!
Dan- That puts the UKWA 5-3 up, with only two matches still to come!!!
Mayo- That’s a very interesting point, Dan. What will Brand have to say if Nick Claffey just cost him this event?
Dan- Who the hell cares, Mayo? The UKWA are up by two, with two to go. Surely we can’t screw this up now?!
***********
Kendra Wing- This next match is a Tag Team Affair. Introducing first, hailing from Chicago, Illinois… he is a member of Bad Karma… Shane Pinex!
Shane struts out onto the stage to the beat of the music. He stops centre stage, flicking off the fans to the beat of the song, his tongue out for all to see. He stops just beyond the stage, on the ramp leading to the ring, bobbing his head. Pyro explodes behind him, in the shape of a “V.” Vindicator strides out onto the stage, stops inside the sparklers, letting them bathe him.
Kendra Wing- And his partner,
Jenny Starr- “From Chicago, Illinois… Weighing in at 218 pounds… He is one-half of the Tag Team Champions and the former UKWA World Heavyweight Champion… ‘The Man In Black!…STEEEEEVE PINNNNEX!
[“Symmetry C” begins to play right after the voice-over. Strobe lights go off on stage as Steve Pinex walks to the center, sporting a pair of purple shades on his face, and a full-length black leather trench coat.]
Kendra Wing- And their opponents. First, the former MWA World Champion. Standing 6’3″ and weighing 235 lbs. He claims no home. He is Stephen Clay!
“How Soon Is Now?” by Love Spit Love plays as Stephen Clay somberly makes his way to the ring bathed in an eerie crimson light. He appears emotionless as he climbs upon the apron and slides between the ropes. He walks to his corner and waits. He removes the black silk shirt and tosses it to a ring attendant. He wears black leather pants with a crucifix like symbol etched in gray on the legs. They match a tatoo on his left arm.
Kendra Wing- And his partner from Miami, Florida at 5’6″ and 117 lbs. She is the former MWA World Champion and former MWA World Tag team champions. This is Sierra Devereaux!!!
“Intuition” by Jewel plays as the MilleniumScope lights up and Sierra Devereaux appears at the top of the ramp. Sierra saunters down to the ring in tiny, spruce green spandex shorts and a spruce green top. She hops onto the ring, moves to the turnbuckles and raises her arm to the crowd. The crowd goes wild as flashbulbs explode. She hops over the top rope, casting seductive looks at the men around ringside. Then she casts a dirty glare at her opponent.
Shane Pinex decides to start off the match for his team and Steve stands in their corner. Sierra wants in but Clay overrules her and starts off for their team.
Wally- Smart move by Clay, not letting Sierra go in first. For all her ability she’s still basically a rookie in this sport and the Pinex brothers have gotten under her skin with the comments they made.
Poe- Ya know I like Bad Karma. Couple of brothas from the street, trying to hold up there own. I don’t wanna get back into the Battle of the Sexes that raged in the MWA, but ya can’t blame them for talking a litle smack to take ole girl off her game.
Clay locks up with Shane and immediately uses his weight and strength advantage to grab a top wristlock. Shane grabs Stephen’s hair and Scotty Dillon forces him to let go. Clay pushes Shane back to the corner and unloads with knife edge chops! He whips him across and follows but Shane explodes out of the corner with a lariat attempt that Clay ducks. As Shane turns around he is levelled by a dropkick that knocks him back to his own corner. He immediately tags his brother Steve, who shakes his head at his brother’s cowardice.
Poe- Clay told me earlier tonight that he thought these brothers weren’t really as close as we were led to believe. I think we just saw the first chink in the armor right there.
Steve comes in and ties up with Clay. He grabs a side headlock and cinches in. Clay tries to shoot him into the ropes, but Steve holds on by the hair and keeps his grip. He tries again and this time Steve is shot to the ropes but fells Clay with a shoulderblock. Steve bounces into the ropes again for a repeat but Clay drops down and Steve hops over and rebounds again. This time Clay meets him with a drop toehold.
Goodman- Solid wrestling there by Stephen Clay. He is a former World Champion afterall.
Poe- Well so is Steve Pinex, just in a different place.
Sierra is screaming for a tag and Clay obliges while holding Steve in the move. She climbs to the top rope and drops an knee on the middle of Pinex’s back! As Dillon chases Clay out of the ring Sierra begins slamming her forearm into the back of Steve’s head repeatedly. Then she bounces off the ropes with a backflip and lands on his back with her knees again. She turns him over and paintbrushes him.
Goodman- Sierra is losing it. She wants to prove something to Steve Pinex that she isn’t to be taken lightly.
Poe- I think she wants him to understand she ain’t to be groped either. She’s making too much of it if ya ask me.
Pinex kicks his legs over Sierra and Dillon drops to count the pin
1
No! Sierra kicks out and gets to her feet and nails Pinex with a Shining Wizard to the face! She drops down for a pin

2
No! Steve kicks out! He gets to his feet and falls back to the corner as Sierra gives chase and lays in with chops and slaps. Shane comes running over and yanks Sierra’s back by the hair. Steve hurriedly drops an elbow and begins choking away on Sierra!
Goodman- I guess these men aren’t gentlemen!
Poe- Nah, their from the street. Where only the strong survive.
Clay tries to get in to help his partner but Dillon forces him back to his corner as Bad Karma double teams Sierra. They whip her to the ropes and nail her with a double Flapjack maneuver! Shane stays in as Steve slips out and he covers Sierra. Dillon counts
1
2
No! Sierra kicks out. Shane picks her up and flings her to the ropes. On the rebound he uses Ya’d Betta Recognize! (Sleeper into a neckbreaker)! Sierra falls hard to the mat and Shane floats over for a cocky pin as he raises a hand in the air!
1
2
No! Sierra gets a foot on the ropes to stop the count. Shane argues with Dillon about the slowness of the count and shoves him. Dillon shoves right back and Shane winds up on his ass staring up at the former MCW Hardcore Champ!
Goodman- Oh, that’s not a smart move! Dillon takes no guff in that ring.
Poe- Tru dat Wally, and Bad Karma betta recognize that.
Sierra crawls to her corner but Shane cuts her off and scoops her up with a slam down to the mat. He drops a snap legdrop on her and then goes uptop. he flies off with a Swandive headbutt. But Sierra rolls away at the last second and Shane drives his head into the mat!
Poe- Damn!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sierra barely got her fine ass outta the way in time. Now she needs to make that tag so Clay can play cavalry.
Sierra crawls ever closer to Clay whose outstretched arm awaits. On the other side of the ring Steve Pinex stomps on the mat to rouse his brother so he can stop her. He makes it to his feet just in time and grabs Sierra’s foot and drags her back to his end of the ring and tags in Steve. Steve goes to the top and flies off with a splash to her exposed leg.
Goodman- Oh, Sierra needed that tag in the worst way!
Poe- And now Bad Karma is back on the offense and Steve is fresh and crunked, ready to take care o bidness!
Steve has Sierra in a half crab and yanks away on the move as Sierra yells in pain for help from her corner. She gets to the ropes and Dillon calls for the break. As she uses the ropes to get to her feet Steve slams into her with a knee to the small of the back, which drops her to the mat. He then slaps on the Nothing Personal (Goku-Raku Stretch- While opponent is in a seated position, Steve grabs the opponent by opposing wrists crossing them over opponent’s chest. He then spins them over so that they’re face-down on the mat, riding back to put pressure on the lower back while also possibly choking his opponent out)
Poe- Aww snap! Sierra ain’t never seen nothing like this! She can’t possibly get outta this move.
Dillon checks Sierra who lets out a weak no! He notices that she is hardly able to fight back and gets in close to check her. She realises that he may call for a submission and digs down deep and crawls to the ropes. Dillon calls for the break and Steve moves back. He comes in and grabs Sierra’s legs as she holds the ropes and he lifts her up. She holds the ropes and Steve notices her fine form and leers in at her inner thigh area. He takes his mind off the match for a moment and Sierra gets a leg free and kicks him in the mush. He falls back to the mat and Sierra drops. She tries to crawl to Clay but Steve grabs her leg as she does. Sierra flips onto her back and kicks Pinex in the groin. He falls back and makes the tag to Shane who comes in to stop Sierra from reaching safety. Too late! Sierra leaps out and tags in Clay who comes in fast and rocks Shane with punches and then pulls him by the free arm into a shortarm clothesline! Then Clay nails a Hurricane neckbreaker and Shane is out on the mat. Clay goes for the pin
1
2
3……….. No! Broken up by Steve Pinex at the last possible second.
Goodman- I thought that was it. Sierra made the hot tag and Clay had them running.
Clay gets up as Dillon is ushering Steve back to his corner but Clay grabs Steve and rams his head into his brother’s. Clay leaps up and nails both with a split-leg dropkick! The fans go crazy. he grabs the legal man Shane and takes him back to his own corner and goes to the second rope and leaps off with the Shining Path(Diamond Cutter)! Shane is out! Clay goes to cover but Dillon forces him out of the ring.
Goodman- What’s going on?
Poe- Sierra made a blind tag! She’s making a mistake. She ain’t in no shape to put this match away.
Sierra goes uptop to come off with a Bodysplash but Steve shakes the ropes and she comes down hard on the top rope and lands on her injured back! Steve slams on the mat and revives his brother who crawls over and makes the tag. Steve is in and he has Sierra in his sights! He walks over to Clay and spits on him, causing Clay to try to come in but Dillon cuts him off. Steve goes over to the downed Sierra and makes a throat cutting gesture and hooks her arms for the Strictly Business (Vertebreaker)! He has her up but Clay comes in the ring and lands a superkick to the jaw of Steve and he falls backward. Sierra rolls through and comes out on top and covers

Goodman- That means it’s down to the final match. Tommy Danger against the MWA’s own Jack Griggs!

DING DING
[There was the nice strike of an electric B chord, followed by the kick of bass drums and Soul Creation by Cinder was let loose over the PA system. Snippits of Tommy Danger’s near 14 year career shows up on the giant screens.]
[HUGE POP!]
[Just then the crowd came to it’s feet as the mood of the song changed and the voice of Roger Young suddenly belted out the next line and Tommy Danger pushed his way through the MWA logo curtain.]
[HUGE FRICKIN POP!]
*You want it, you need it
You love it, you hate it
Soul Creation
*You see it, you feel it
You touch it, believe it *
[Tommy was wearing his white wrestling tights and matching boots with the black lettering on each side. One side had Armed on the outside of the boot, the other had Dangerous. Draping over his shoulders was a T-shirt, white, with blue lettering that read ‘Get An Image’ and on the back was “Danger” with the #00 underneath the name. Obvious by their reflection in the glaring lights, were the UKWA World and Tag-Team titles that rested on Tommy’s shoulders. Tommy thrust both hands up in the air, with the titles held tight, as the sea of humanity roared with excitement. His left cheek twitched and he sniffed back once as he made his way to the ring. Once there he stopped, looked out to the crowd he had finally returned to and set his arms out wide.]
[ROARRRRR!]
[Tommy hopped back down and cracked his neck, moving from toe to toe as he limbered up and shook out his arms. He then removed his shirt and tossed it out to the crowd.]
[BIG 18-38 FEMALE DEMOGRAPHIC POP!]
Dan- Here comes our champion, Mayo. He looks ready.
Jenny Starr- Ladies and gentlemen…. this next match is schedule for one fall and has no time limit!
[HUGE POP!]
Jenny Starr- It is also the Champion versus Champion match!
[MATCH POP!]
Jenny Starr- Introducing first… from the UKWA and hailing out of Blackwind Falls, Vermont… he is one half of the UKWA Tag Team Champions, and the current UKWA World Heavyweight Champion… TOMMYYYY DANGERRRR!
[HUGE POP!]
[Tommy raises his hand to the crowd, but his eyes stayed focused on the ramp, even as the referee went through his check of Tommy’s boots.]
“So Far Away” by Staind cranks through the speakers and the fans cheer in unison. Red and black pyrotechnic blasts shoot off, and Jack Griggs appears at the top of the ramp. He wears black pants with red trim, and a red MWA t-shirt. Jack’s long jet-black hair is hanging down onto his shoulders, and the MWA World Title belt is around his waist.
Jenny- And his opponent, from Virginia Beach, Virginia. He stands at 6’5″ tall and weighs in at 255lbs. He is the MWA World Heavyweight Champion… JACK GRIGGS!!!!
Jack paces to the ring, slapping a few of the fans’ hands as he makes his way down the ramp. Jack slides into the ring under the bottom rope, and climbs on to the turnbuckle nearest to him, raising his arms in the air. He hops down and removes the belt from his waist, handing it to the referee.
Dan- This is it, Mayo. The future of our own jobs could rest on this one match.
Mayo- Scores currently stand at 5-4 in the UKWA’s favour. A win for Tommy Danger, or even a no contest, would see the UKWA Victorious!
Dan- But what happens if Griggs wins? Were there any tie breaks in case of a draw?
Mayo- You know what? I have no idea?
DING DING DING
Referee Andrew Woodford starts the match off as Tommy Danger rushes in at Jack Griggs. He nails a clothesline and Griggs goes down. He pops right back up again, and Danger nails another clothesline. Then another. And another. Danger is pumped up and gets the fans going. Griggs gets back to his feet once more, and Tommy Danger whips him into the ropes. Danger nails a spinebuster, and then quickly locks in a figure four leglock!
Mayo- It’s Tommy Danger who gets into this match quickly, Dan.
Dan- Griggs taken aback by the burst of pace to start things off here.
Griggs stretches as far as he can, just about reaching the ropes and forcing the break. Danger instantly releases the hold, not even needing a word from the referee. Danger steps back, allowing Griggs to get back to his feet. The two men stare at each other, a look of respect and anticipation in both their eyes. Danger makes the next move, dodging a punch and grabbing Jack’s hand. Griggs’ arm gets twisted into a hammerlock from Tommy Danger, but Jack reverses it. Tommy reverses that, and whips Griggs into the ropes. He drops to the mat, and Griggs runs over him. Tommy leaps back to his feet, and leapfrogs Griggs as he comes back. As Griggs bounces back again, Tommy nails a punch to the gut, and takes the MWA man down with a swinging neckbreaker.
Mayo- Nice move there from Tommy Danger.
Dan- He goes for the pin, too, but just gets the one count…
Both men get back to their feet, and Tommy goes to whip Jack into the corner. Danger charges in, but Griggsy gets a boot up into the face of his UKWA counterpart. Danger stumbles back, and Griggs charges for him. Danger instinctively grabs his opponent and nails a sweet powerslam. A cover is made,
1…
2…
Mayo- No! A kickout from Jack Griggs after a great move out of nowhere from Tommy Danger.
Dan- Danger having most of the early advantage, but that boot to the face may have slowed him down a little.
Danger hits the mat hard after a big clothesline, then gets dragged back to his feet and taken down again with a suplex. Jack Griggs connects with a leg-drop. He goes for a cover, but Danger kicks out before Andrew Woodford even gets down to start counting. Griggs pulls Tommy back to his feet before tearing into Danger with knife edge chops as the crowd voices their pleasure with thunderous “Whooooo’s”. Griggs whips Danger to the turnbuckle and follows him in with a back elbow to the face. Danger’s body hits the canvas with a thud. Griggs bounces off the rope and executes a flying knee drop to the back of Danger’s head. He then pulls the UKWA man up and lays in a chop. Danger’s chest turns bright red from the blow. Griggs picks him up in a vertical suplex and brings Danger crashing to the canvass. Jack with the cover….
Mayo- One…
Two…
And Danger kicks out at two and a half.
Dan- This is dangerous for Tommy, Griggs is turning it on right now!
Danger is up again as he and Jack circle. Griggs gets into his battle pose. They lock up. Griggs ducks behind. Danger reverses it. Snap mare by Jack. Danger works his way to his feet, bends Griggs’s elbow back and reverses into a head lock. Griggs elbows his way out and sends Danger off the ropes. Shoulder block by Danger as he bounces back. Off the ropes Danger ducks a back elbow but gets shoulder blocked to the mat.
Mayo- Great to see these two go at it like this. The UKWA and MWA fans have wanted to see this for a long time!
Danger tries a hip toss but Griggs blocks and reverses. Dropkick by Griggs as Tommy is getting to his feet. Another attempted dropkick but this time Tommy sidesteps and Griggs crashes to the mat. Danger grabs the legs of Griggs and kicks him in the mid-section.
Mayo- Low blow from Danger?
Dan- No, no, that was mid-section… we all saw that!
Danger pulls the MWA Champion to his feet and pushes him into a corner before whipping him into the opposite corner. Danger charges in and connects with a clothesline, following up with a Bulldog. Danger grabs Jack’s legs and locks in the Boston Crab. Jack struggles for the ropes as the referee watches to see if he makes it. After a long struggle Griggs manages to grab the rope and uses them to drag himself up, powering out of the hold. He connects with an elbow to the head of Danger and hip-tosses him out of the ring!
Mayo- Woah! The UKWA Champion just got tossed out of the ring!
Dan- Jack Griggs has taken a few knocks in this match, but he’s showing that he can come back from them. This match could still go either way!
Tommy Danger rolls back into the ring, but is distracted by a fan at ringside. Jack rolls Danger up from behind…
One…
Two…
Reversal from Danger,
One…
Two…
Kick-out from Griggs.
Mayo- Near falls from both men!
Dan- Great stuff, Mayo!
Jack gets back to his feet and locks up with Danger. He spins round behind the UKWA man and looks for a back suplex, but Tommy struggles and Jack can’t get him up. Griggs sends a few forearms to the back of Tommy’s head, then tries it again. He takes Danger down, and smiles as he makes a cover on the fallen Danger.
One…
Two…
NO! Danger has a leg on the ropes, and Andrew Woodford stops the count. Jack pulls Danger to his feet, and looks for a suplex. Danger blocks it and hoists Griggs into the air instead. He twists him round onto his shoulder and nails a big slam. He pulls Jack back up again, getting set for a suplex, hooking the leg…. Fisherman Suplex!
One…
Two…
Kick-out from the MWA Champ!
Mayo- That was a close one, Dan. Almost a victory for Danger and the UKWA!
Danger whips Griggs off the ropes and pulls off a drop toe hold. Griggs’s face hits hard on the mat.
Dan- Oooh! Damn, that’s gonna leave a mark!
Tommy Danger follows up with another Figure Four, and this time Jack Griggs doesn’t look like he could reach the ropes. Griggs is struggling with the pain, and trying in vain to reach the ropes to force the break. Tommy asks Andrew Woodford to ask Griggs if he wants to submit, but the MWA Champion is having none of it. The UKWA Champion refuses to give up on the move, however, and keeps it locked in. Eventually, after quite some time, Jack Griggs manages to roll over and reverse the effects of the hold. Tommy Danger soon scrambles away from his opponent.
Dan- Griggs has to be hurting after that one, Mayo.
Mayo- He was in that hold for a long time, his leg’s took a lot of damage there.
Danger hangs back, allowing Jack Griggs to waste his own energy in struggling back to his feet. Then Tommy heads back over to his opponent, sending in some big chops to the chest of Jack. He then pulls off a shin breaker, doing more damage to the legs of Griggs. He again backs off, as Jack hobbles back to his feet, using the turnbuckle as leverage. Danger again moves in, and whips Griggs across the ring. He goes for a flying back elbow, but Jack does brilliantly to catch his opponent in mid-air! He spins Tommy around and slams him to the mat!
Dan- Griggs Bomb! That was the Griggs Bomb!
Mayo- But can the MWA World Champion capitalise? That took a lot out of both men, and they’re both down!
The referee starts the mandatory ten count…
1…
2…
3…
4…
5… Neither man is moving much…
6…
7… Griggs is stiring, and sitting up…
8… Tommy shows signs of life, while Jack is up on one knee…
9… Jack gets up, and stumbles over to Tommy, dropping down onto him and making a cover,
1…
2…
Mayo- NO! Kickout from Tommy Danger!
Dan- The Griggs bomb would usually have ended the match, but with Jack being so worn down, he didn’t get the pin in time. The UKWA lives to fight another day!
Griggs looks shocked, and Tommy relieved. The two men slowly, oh so slowly, make it back to their feet. Griggs whips Tommy across the ring, and looks for a superkick as he comes back. But Tommy ducks under the boot of Griggs, and clips his standing leg. Griggs crumples to the mat, the already injured leg no seriously in pain. Tommy spots this as an opportune moment to try for the Inverted Indian Deathlock Bridging Chinlock! With Jack face down on the mat, Tommy crosses one of Griggs’ ankles into the crook of his other knee. Tommy uses the back of his leg to apply pressure to Jack’s leg that is up and puts his leg in between the MWA Champions now entangled legs. Tommy stands up and bridges backwards and applies a chin lock on Jack, completing the hold.
Mayo- Great submission hold from Tommy Danger, working over the injured legs of Griggs, and that chinlock for good measure.
Griggs is yelling out in pain, and his hand is in the air… he looks like he’s about to tap out. Tommy is so worn down that he cannot keep the bridge and chin lock in properly, and his shoulders drop down onto the mat. Andrew Woodford spots the shoulders are down, and begins to count!
One….
Two….
Mayo- Griggs is tapping!
THREE!!!
Dan- But Woodford didn’t see it, he was counting Tommy’s shoulders down!
DING DING DING
Mayo- I don’t think that Tommy Danger realises that he’s lost the match… I think that he think’s he’s won it!
Jenny Starr- Your winner…. by pinfall… the MWA World Champion… JACK GRIGGS!!!!!
Mayo- And Tommy Danger is not happy about that one at all!
Dan- And I can’t say that I blame him! That call makes things 5-5!! It’s all square after eleven matches! What the hell happens now?
Mayo- No idea, Dan, no idea!
*********
Both sets of commentators are in a confused state and no-one really knows what’s going on. “The Major” Richard Kendall comes down to the ring, and he does not look like a happy bunny. He is soon followed by the owner of the MWA… Barrett Brand. Brand is all smiles, and he has a piece of paper in his hand.
Mayo- What the hell does Barrett Brand look so happy for?
Poe- He’s always got that stupid grin on his face.
Dan- Yeah, I don’t like the look of this…
Brand strolls into the ring, where The Major is arguing with referee Andrew Woodford… one of his own employees! Kendall confronts Brand as soon as he sees him, and we don’t even need a mic to hear what he has to say…
Major- Brand, this is a crock of shit I tell ya! You saw Griggs tap out, the whole world saw! You have to reverse the decision… Tommy Danger won that match!
Brand- I can’t change a decision made by a UKWA employee.
Brand smiles wickedly at Kendall.
Major- But I can’t change a decision made at an MWA arena…
Brand’s still smiling.
Brand- Yeah, such a shame that.
Major- So what the hell do we do? It’s a tied show, five wins each.
Brand- That’s not important really, Richard.
Major- Not important? The future of my company is at stake, and you say it’s not important?
Brand- I have in my hands the contract that we drew up for this show. Would you like me to read it to you?
Barrett doesn’t wait for a response, he just goes ahead and reads…
Brand- If the UKWA defeats the MWA then all moneys made from the event will be paid in full to the Kendall family, and any legal action will be nullified. Should the UKWA fail to defeat the MWA, then BrandCorp will be given full ownership of the company and all it’s assets.
Barrett lets that sink in for a moment.
Brand- Five wins each. Does that count as UKWA defeating the MWA? No, I don’t believe it does. You have failed to defeat us, therefore what was once yours… is now mine!
Major- No, that’s bull, it’s all wrong. You had to beat us to gain control of my company, and you didn’t. It was a draw…
Brand- I’m sorry if that’s the impression I gave you. But you knew the wording perfectly when you wrote this. You were convinced that the UKWA… with a little help from the ICW… could defeat the Millennium Wrestling Alliance. You couldn’t. Your mouth was just too big, Major. And now you’ve lost everything!
Brand laughs as he backs away from The Major. Kendall stands in the ring, in shock. A fallen man.
The show fades to black.
